1) in which agency would you recommend renting a small car for two (needed to leave Venice further along the route) - we will live on the island part.
2) Are there toll roads on the route Venice - Verona - Lake Garda - Bergamo - Milan?
3) approximate cost of parking?
4) why do agencies offer incomplete insurance (i.e. against theft, damage, etc.), and for a full one you need to pay extra about 20 euros per day? And is it worth taking it or limiting it to standard insurance?

Well, now I was looking at three days with different pick-up and drop-off locations. So, in my opinion, the best option is to take it in Mestre at the railway station, and hand it over to Treviso, at the airport. Auto Europe gave 76 euros Zhuzhik, for the entire period. And if you rent somewhere in the Venice area, then it offers either the a / port of Marco Polo or pay from 15 to 24 euros on top for renting in Mestre or Venice.
