Documents for obtaining a tourist visa to Italy:
1. Foreign passport:
Passport must expire no later than 3 months before the planned date of return.
The passport must have at least two blank pages on one spread with the mark "Visa".
2. Copy of the 1st page of the passport.
3. Previous foreign passport (if any). Either the original of the old passport, or copies of all its pages is served.
4. Completed universal questionnaire.
5. Two photos:
Photos must be current age.
Photo size: 3.5 x 4.5 (70-80% of the face).
Must not be repeated on previous visas.
6. Copies of all pages of the Ukrainian passport (filled and blank).
7. Certificate from the place of work:
Must be in English.
The position, date of employment and salary must be indicated.
It must be indicated that the workplace and salary are saved for the period of the trip.
8. A copy of the certificate of registration of the Ukrainian company-employer.

I agree with elenako: all travel documents (bookings, insurance) are prepared by the travel agency. We submitted only photocopies of personal documents, certificates from work and from the bank. There were no problems with the visa. But I don’t know who doesn’t have documentary evidence of solvency: the manager immediately warned our friends that they would probably be refused due to a small salary and something else, as a result, they didn’t even begin to collect documents.

On May 19, the group flew 100%. These are my employees from work, so I know Toyano. And I also got into the group on May 26 who were not given visas.
