Do not be fooled by the fortune of Belek from the annex

We took fortune belek ultra 5 * in anticipation that we will be settled in belek, and there are no bad hotels. But cocoa was our disappointment when we were settled in a hotel a few kilometers from Belek to the Throne Seagate hotel... to say that the hotel does not pull and for 4 nothing to say... and absolutely everyone is accommodated in this hotel from anex i. … More ▾ We took fortune belek ultra 5 * in anticipation that we will be settled in belek, and there are no bad hotels. Can they check into a hotel by fortune, which is not available for these dates from the tour operator from which the fortune was bought?

I thought that there are no bad hotels in Belek and bought fortune 5ual from BG. after I found out about the Throne.. 3.10.18 I’m flying with my mother and son for 1.5 years.. what are the chances that the tour operator will take pity and not send me to the throne?
