It seems to be a banal situation, but it says a lot. There is a bathroom on the beach. There was a need to visit. It so happened that I approached the door at the same time as the cleaning lady. She was pushing a cart full of detergents in front of her. Seeing me, she slowed down a little, let me through and waited.
It seems to be normal behavior, but in other hotels in Turkey, the cleaners felt like kings and did not reckon with vacationers. Could unceremoniously enter the room during sleep, etc. Everything here is tactful and respectful.,
And I want to note just gorgeous sunbeds on the beach. It's more like a bed. With thick mattresses, on which terry sheets are changed every morning. Very comfortable. There was no desire to leave the beach at all.
The hotel does not sting on towels and you can take them as much as you need.
Sometimes it was windy and it was very comfortable to cover yourself with another towel.
Also, the waiter walks all the time on the beach and offers drinks, there is no need to go to the bar. It was so nice to have coffee by the sea.
The food in the restaurant is excellent. Fish, seafood - available every day.
And everything is delicious!
Separately, I want to express my admiration for the local confectioner. He is a god! It cannot be described, it must be experienced. It was in Kempinski that they tried the most delicious desserts.
And a little about the shortcomings. There were problems with the lock in the room. During the rest, I had to call the master 3 times. The room did not open. Eliminated, however, quickly.
Well, I got the impression that the hotel saves a little on detergents. The set in the bathroom was not always replenished. Either the air conditioner will not be brought, then the shower gel. It's strange in a 5 * hotel detergents on request.
But all this is trifles. The hotel left very pleasant memories. We hope to return again.

The territory is well-planned and compact, mom does not have to run a certain number of kilometers to take care of the child, there is a kids club and nannies (everything works on 5.05), small slides and a pool for kids! Also, this hotel is suitable for young couples who want relaxation and romance, adult tourists) The cuisine is really delicious, what customers usually want: shrimp, octopus, squid, mussels, red fish, quail, fresh juices, good coffee, ice cream, different beef, different fish , chicken meat is different (this is a different cooking method: grilled, stewed, fried, steamed, boiled) cheese is normal, instead of boiled pork sausage, chicken roll, etc. , everything is very tasty!
The hotel building itself is not new, but everywhere is very clean! Whether it's a room, a restaurant, a beach, any restroom! Golf courses are just magical!! ! There are free and paid zones on the pier (150 euros a day) on the beach there are free sun loungers (these are not even sun loungers, but snow-white beds) and 100 paid zones. Very good hygiene, antiseptic at every step, everywhere! Masks are available! It is not possible to paint everything, as there are a lot of positive moments.
I arrived at 8 am, at the reception I was offered to wait until 2 pm, at 2 pm, they will find the room and they will not check me in (Until then, they offered me food, they probably think that their guests eat 6 in a row)
Naturally, having paid $ 2.800, I was outraged by the proposed option and it almost came to a scandal in the main passage (fortunately - I understand Turkish), after 20-30 minutes I was given a room to choose from: overlooking the so-called sea (More like an ear from the sea) - for a surcharge of 80 € per day or without a surcharge with a view of the tennis court, I chose with a view of the tennis court, Everything would be fine, but the air conditioners from the street were so noisy... Well, I think okay . . A week later, the neighbors were very noisy, after that, appealed for this reason, changed the room (Even the TV was replaced with a small one for a larger one).
I'm not a fan of posting reviews, I wouldn't post this review, but if it weren't for the case described below: Sitting in a summer cafe by the sea, waiting for the waiter to come up to me and take the order . . I'm not waiting, I'm not calling responds, turn it on, they just call me yelling - defiantly, Naturally, the cup of my patience overflowed, I approached him and took him by the badge on which Murat was written, went to write a COMPLAINT to the reception, writing a complaint in which I described the situation, I demanded: painting of the hotel administrators (Emrah and Alena ) that they accepted the complaint in writing, to which I was refused.
Food is also a double. The waiters work very reluctantly in all cafes and bars of this hotel at any time of the day. Their number is negligible! Apparently the hotel earns on the savings of employees, this is clearly visible.
There were also comments on the cleanliness of the room, for two days in a row they did not change towels and did not give hygiene products until I made a remark to them.
The only plus for me is the hotel is not crowded, but it follows a huge minus that the hotel in the person of the staff does not cope with this number of guests at the proper level.
