The rooms are good, the air conditioning worked perfectly, the only problem was that they cleaned after 14:00 when our child was sleeping. They turned to the manager - they cleaned it for two days before lunch, and then forgot again.

The golf course near the hotel is good, I recommend signing up for a tour of it on the first day, otherwise you won’t have time later. In the hotel itself, they only sleep, have a snack and drink in the evening at the bar, everything else is transferred to the Deluxe. In Sueno golf, even the pool looks more like an enlarged bath.
The biggest issue with the hotel is transportation to the deluxe. Until the “CIS countries” arrived en masse, everyone stood in line, with the advent of “ours”, the “butt-pushing” championship became the main entertainment. It would be easier to walk 600 meters on foot, but not in the heat and not with children...
As for the Deluxe, everything is cool there so far. The hotel only opened this year and everything is nice and clean. There are enough places for everyone at the sea and near the pool, waiters fly in bars, there are no queues in the restaurant. We went to a la carte (20 euros for two) Italian - good, but not great. Considering that in both hotels imported drinks (including 18-year-old Chivas) are free - a la carte makes no sense. Yes, and for dinner at the Deluxe, there are always two dishes from the chef - often very exquisite...
Our friends arrived five days earlier and dined only in the Golf, after visiting the Deluxe, we completely moved to its territory.
Yes, wi-fi works great throughout the property and in the rooms.
Rest on a five on a five-point scale. Children are delighted, parents too. Believe me, in the same Turkey, I had a more luxurious vacation only in Gloria Golf. Realistically, if next year a room for three will cost no more than 2.500 for seven nights, we will go without hesitation.

The beach has a blue flag, which indicates its cleanliness, the sea is very warm, there is a lifeguard on the beach. You can sunbathe on the beach, and by the pool, and on the pier. On the pier there is a bar where you can take water, juices, any alcohol, airan. You can also dine on the beach. The food is like in the main restaurant. Also be sure to go to the free golf lessons, very interesting. Animation is also there, the evening program is varied. For some reason, there was no Gala dinner, they generally had an enchanting spectacle with eating. We liked everything very much. Rested great. A hotel for complete relaxation. Everything is there for you.

Check-in, as elsewhere, at 14 o'clock, you need to be prepared for this and without tragedies. Russians are treated normally, Lena, the clerk, helps thanks. But, I think that baby food should be dealt with more seriously, there is nothing to feed the child at lunchtime, the food is all spicy. On the beach, lunches and food choices are much poorer. This hotel is minus. But this is all nonsense. Gorgeous evening programs, live music, acrobats, dancers, but Russian artists do not perform a single song in Russian, as if there are no Russians among the vacationers. This hotel has more pros than cons. . Having been in many class 5 hotels, from all visited before, I choose Sueno and I think to return there next year.

We chose for a long time where to go and to be honest, Belek, as a vacation spot, was not considered at all because of the sandy beach and the lack of mountains, Kemer was preferable, but we listened to the recommendations, the tour agent and after reading the reviews decided to go to Sueno Golf Belek. My husband and I had a rest from 24.06. 12 to 01.07. 12. I really liked that this hotel has the largest pier and beach, and in general a huge and very well-groomed territory, chic and very quiet rooms (we lived in room 3110), everything is in order. Cleaned and towels changed every day, the bar in the room was also replenished daily. Checked in very quickly, the staff is friendly and not intrusive. The food is excellent, I especially liked the tomato soup (I would really like to know its recipe), the drinks are varied, we tried all the cocktails on the menu. There is even a cat house on the territory of the hotel, turtles crawl freely and squirrels chase. In a word, cozy like at home. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

The first time we went "at our own peril and risk", having read only the description of the hotel. And our hopes were justified. Already about 10 families from Rostov-on-Don have gone to this hotel on our advice.
If "in a nutshell", then first I would like to save those people who should not go to Sueno:
1. If you are on a diet, or do not eat after 18.00 (it will not work there with all your desire: excellent, varied, fresh pastries... wonderful, gourmet dinners, etc. )
2. If you are used to not falling asleep until 2-3 am from the sounds of music, and after it subsides for another 2 hours, listening to drunken nonsense in many languages of the world...
3. If you like very loud screams and crying of children around the clock, mainly for some reason in the corridors, and directly at your door.
4. If you like that your room is cleaned in your presence, i. e. The convenient cleaning time you wrote seems to be of no interest to anyone.
5. If you like the fact that the hotel staff in response to your greeting, squeezing out a semblance of a smile, whispers in your native language (and you intuitively translate this: “So that you choke... ”).
6. If you are used to shopping from morning to evening (with a rare break for the beach and food), buying everything you need; and more often - that 300 years are not needed.
7. And the last thing: if you like to rush around the hotel in horror (especially the first days) in search of a Russian-speaking administrator in order to understand at least something in this “complex” hotel system….
So: there is nothing of this in Sueno Golf Belek!
And one more thing: If you are very tired in a year from problems and work, if your complexion began to acquire a green tint, if you want to get from rest: Peace, Peace, Peace... , comfort, measured, leisurely, delicious life, then go to Sueno !
