Recently returned from the Zornitsa Sands hotel, traveled with a child of 6 years old, just before leaving, I read bad reviews and was ready for the worst. We arrived early, around 8 in the morning, at 9 we were already settled, although according to international rules, check-in after 14:00 and more than once we saw a picture when people really waited for the allotted time, but it passed for us))) The room is good, clean, sea view and swimming pool. Cleaned up well, a couple of times we ourselves hung a sign on the handle with a request for cleaning, as I don’t really like it when strangers run around the room...... towels, bedding changed regularly. There are no complaints about the restaurant, everything is delicious, fresh, the only negative is drinks, they are only for breakfast, lunch and dinner, water, but the waiters walk around, they offer money to buy. We never swam in the pool, as for me it smelled of chlorine, and I don’t like them at all, we still came to the sea, there are small problems with the sea, at the entrance there are stones and stones covered with shells, which you can cut your legs on, we bought a special shoes for themselves and the child and forgot about this trouble, they swam a little to the right, the beach is cleaner there and the water in particular. Animation is weak............ I watched the water aerobics from the balcony and was shocked, it was more like dancing in the water, because I know what REAL water aerobics is, but the people are happy, dancing and this is the main thing. There is a good supermarket nearby where you can buy everything you need, a market and souvenirs and more.... There is free Wi-Fi on site, in the lobby, near the pool, we had a room on the 3rd floor, even reached there))) There is a playground on site, and a children's disco in the evening. The place is quite secluded, there are no restaurants or noisy discos nearby, it is rather more suitable for families with children, lovers of "hang out" will be bored here, but you can go to Sunny Beach, Nessebar, everything is nearby. We left the hotel at 4 in the morning, they collected a ration for us instead of breakfast, idle, but nice (apple, sandwich and water). In general, I still don’t understand what people are dissatisfied with, everything is quite decent, of course it doesn’t pull on 5 stars, but the staff is friendly, the food is delicious, the accommodation is good, and if you are not a PRINCE and PRINCESS, it will suit you. Don't like the sea? Algae, jellyfish........go to Turkey, Greece, Egypt in the end)))))) I recommend.
