Ужасно! Terrible!

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!
1. For 9 days the bed was not changed even once.
2. There is no room cleaning at all, they just take out the trash. Once I was tempted to vacuum it.
3. The room is dirty and old. Everything is broken, leaking, creaking, falling apart...
4. The air conditioner does not work. It just blows hot air.
5. Lazy staff, dirty and unkempt everywhere. The administration does not respond to requests at all, they don’t care...
6. The beach is small, sunbeds must be occupied at 7.00 in the morning, if later there is no option. Dirty, not cleaned and unkempt. The sea is dirty.
7. The icing on the cake: 80% of the hotel fell ill with rotavirus infection. We were no exception. There is no pharmacy in this village! We need to go to the next town! It was the most terrible holiday.
In principle, I don’t recommend Bulgaria, but this hotel, like the village itself, is terrible!
