Because somehow I didn't want to pay 100 leva for 2 old towels. At least 3 more companies were also stolen from. Therefore, it is better to take your personal ones, or carefully follow the hotel ones.

Checkout at 2:00 p. m. Since we arrived at 7 in the morning, we had to wait. At first, they sat on the beach for a while, then they just slept on the sofas in the stuffy hall when they were tired. Breakfast and lunch are not included on the first day. We were ashamed to go out to eat without bracelets, although it was possible to try. At least for a snack bar. Because they went outside the territory and ate in some restaurant for a lot of money.
NUMBER. Spacious 4-person room. The cosmetics were delivered, and we had enough of them for 9 days. But, I think, you could have asked and they would have given you more. The only problem is that the room gets very hot on the 4th floor and the air conditioner doesn't work after dinner. It's very, very hot. They cleaned and delivered water every day. Towels - on request. We are not paranoid, so we did not demand changes every day.
SEA. It's just a perfect sea, considering that it's all Black. Crystal warm water. Sometimes it stormed a little in the evening. But in the morning it was still clean again.
It is true that there are stones in the water near the hotel, and it is difficult to swim. But literally 20 meters to the left there is a free beach, where the sunset is perfect. We had our own umbrella with us, so from the 4th day we laid out the sunbeds and went to the nearby beach. We are already in Bulgaria for the sixth time, and here the sea is just like somewhere in Albania or Montenegro. It's gorgeous.
BASIN. At the pool, sunbeds are occupied from 6 in the morning. But, we were afraid of rotavirus with children, so only adults could swim in the pool during the children's afternoon nap. Then the sunbeds were free.
FOOD. The chef is a Turk, so everything is very similar to a Turkish all-inclusive. I will say this: the food is monotonous, and by the end of the vacation, I really want borscht and dumplings)) But in general, it is very decent, better than in hotels in Egypt, for example. Many vegetables, fruits, different types of m? yasa, fish Sweet and delicious baklava and lokum. All the rest are some overly sweet semolina puddings. The coffee is not bad.
ANIMATION. There is entertainment for children every evening. For adults - very sad.
For entertainment - sit in the lobby at the pools with cocktails and gossip with a friend.

But this, I repeat, is the territory another hotel, and strangers are not welcome there.
The food is, to put it mildly, an amateur. On the one hand, the buffet is quite extensive, but the cuisine is very specific. Everything is fatty, spicy, deep-fried. Sweets are buried in creams stuffed with brutal dyes. From the diet - nothing! Except fruit.
In addition, the Soviet legacy has a strong effect: the staff is slow, unfriendly, everything is somehow a blunder, reluctantly.
The only thing there are no complaints about is the hotel building: clean, well maintained, beautiful interiors. In fairness, it should be noted the amazing soundproofing between the rooms. The chefs and wait staff are excellent.
A constant variety of dishes: meat, fish, vegetables and fruits. Not once in 10 days was there a feeling of warm, yesterday's food. There are jars for two-year-old children, but we found our favorite hipp in the super - he saved us.
Drinks at your own expense in the bar, right there, but ask through the waitress. Recommend great wine! The price tag is high, but worth it. It’s just that there are no wines of similar taste and aroma in the supermarket.
Breakfast-lunch-dinner buffet type is given for 2.5 hours and at lunch or dinner you can really not find a free table. But it's worth waiting a bit and you'll eat without problems. Again, a lot depends on the people themselves. As a family, we managed to do it in 15 minutes, and someone sits already having eaten for an hour.

The pool is huge and nice to swim in.
Now about the sad.
Sea. The beach itself and the entrance to the sea are sand with stones. And walking along the beach and entering the water is unpleasant. If you stand with your back to the hotel, facing the sea, it is better to walk a hundred meters to the left and go to an excellent sandy beach and the same entrance to the sea.
You can also go right. Walk many more than three hundred meters and also find a beach with good sand.
It's not the fault of the owners, it's the sea currents.
There were cockroaches in the room!
Food is limited to the rooms, but they (cockroaches) are already there and huge! At least one was killed every morning.
Drinks bought in a supermarket next to the hotel. There were no problems getting through.
The general air conditioning with cooling the rooms coped and did not particularly interfere with sleep for three days. Then water-condensate flowed from it. The master came and drained the condensate enough until the next morning.
For several days we slept with an open balcony (there is a mosquito net) it was comfortable.
The bathroom has constant water on the floor. Leaking from under the tub. Unpleasant.
Sunbeds. There are always free ones. However, those who like to “borrow” in advance and for the future are pissed off. Themselves in the room or in the restaurant, but the sunbeds are occupied. Some go out at seven in the morning. And it doesn't have to be Russian. And the Poles and the Bulgarians and the Germans do it.
The hotel has animation. It didn't bother us much. People were entertained both in the pool and on the volleyball court. There is a Kindergarten for children (6-12 years old) for two hours. Two children's swings on the beach. Children's town on the other side of the hotel.
For a change - swam to Nessebar. A boat trip with a wonderful captain cost us 25 leva per adult (round trip) and 10 per child. Just one way 15 per adult. Thirty minutes and you are on the peninsula of souvenir shops and restaurants.
Shuttle bus to Nessebar number 8 and costs 4.5 leva.
Buses towards Burgas according to the schedule on the Bulgarian bus site of the Nessebar community. There are free walks five times a week in Burgas MALL, we decided not to tempt fate.
In general, I liked the rest.

The hotel was chosen based on the location, sea view and rest with a small (2 years old) child.
We arrived and arrived at the hotel at 6 o'clock. The formalities took no more than a few minutes and we were in the room.
Room 354 is a two-room suite (the eldest son who turned 17 came with us) and a great view of the sea!
The crib for the youngest is already in the room in the bedroom with a double bed.

We chose a room with a view of the pool and the sea, but unfortunately we were given a room with a partial sea view, and the bed had to be double and extra bed for a child, and gave 2 single but corrected the situation, moved the beds and made a double mattress.

Cons: we stayed at the hotel for 7 nights, these days we were given only 3 gels, 3 shampoos and 2 soaps, we used it for the first 2 days, and after that we did not deliver perfumes. It's good that I had everything.
4) The food is perfect, varied and delicious thanks to all the staff of the restaurant. Some people write about intestinal infections, we have not encountered them. I did not like the fact that when we came to dinner, we were told that there were no free tables, but it was not true, for which it is unclear.
5) I did not like the beach! ! ! ! ! ((HORROR ...and through this beach we will not go to this hotel. It is impossible to go into the water, on the knees of algae, it all stinks and insects fly. . Is it so difficult to clean the sunset in the water ...... ) After two days of fighting algae, we started walking to the beach of the Royal Hotel, also the sea is only a few meters from each other but the beach is clean, every morning and evening a man came with a rake and cleaned the sunset by the sea.
and took away these algae and in the star may be cleaned but left it all on the beach which created a terrible smell. I have a video, but I don't know how to attach it here.
