The hotel guide, after meeting at the first where no one bought anything, simply disappeared, the hotel does not even have a folder with contacts, in which case it is impossible to find and ask for help. Nobody thought to answer the letter to the info address either. The issue of changing the number did not receive any support from the guide - they just brought it to the reception and disappeared - the reception, at the sight of such an attitude, is naturally in no hurry to meet - "feeds breakfast" and in the end sends a well-deserved stake for a disregard attitude. →

Hotel guide Ali Synosse hotel sells tour packages 3 times higher than the real cost. He does not respond to requests from tourists at all! I complained twice about the lack of hot water in the room. Complete disregard, I didn’t buy a trip to Cappadocia from him for $ 200. Why he was in the hotel at all I don’t understand →

on the second day after arrival there was a meeting at which the representative of the tour operator Pegasus told us about the hotel and possible excursions. And then he said, they say, I'll be here for another two hours, so think faster and bring money for excursions, because I won't come to your hotel again. There has never been a circus like this before. →

I read the reviews and started to get worried. But it turned out quite differently. The flight is UIA airlines. The transfer is wonderful. Everything is clear and coordinated. The hotel guide is very smart. Magid is a true professional. Impeccable Russian. Even a few phrases in Ukrainian. Special thanks to. Any question will not remain unanswered. Nobody is forcing anything. →

Satisfied with the work of the tour operator. Both from the moment of choosing a hotel, and until the moment of returning home :)) There is one, but a weighty remark. Rather, not even a remark, but a request. You just need to conduct explanatory work with a representative of your company in Alanya (Turkey.) Perhaps the case that I encountered is a single one, however. →

I turned to TUI for a purchase, but the ticket itself was Pegasus. The introductory was given by the employees of the TUI, on the spot and back - Pegasus. I liked it - everything is clear, harmonious, on time and without hesitation. I will apply again. →

When traveling from the Airport to the hotel, they usually talk about the country - the guide was not very good. He spoke little, although it took 2.5 hours to get there. But the hotel guide Aziz (Hotel Club Kastaliya) exceeded all expectations - he spoke in detail about the hotel and our capabilities. The rest of the organization - as in all travel agencies, normal. →

Group of 21 people, including 5 children from 4 to 12 years old. Arrived in Antalya on 20. 05. 2017 at about 6:05. The steward on duty met me by bus and delivered to the hotel at about 06:50. Conducted a brief briefing on the way to Kemer (Hotel Sherwood Club Goynuk). There he ordered to contact the reception staff for all questions, as our guide will appear at 13:00 the next day and then he will deal with us. →

A huge minus of our vacation is the UIA charter and the organization of a transfer from the tour operator Pegasus in Ukraine. We bought a tour for 9 nights with a good departure and return time, we know that charters can change the schedule, but in our case they changed not only the time, but also the airport of departure and arrival in Ukraine. We lost two nights, a very tiring transfer with terrible organization from Pegasus. →

Everything is fine until you get to the hotel guides, who sell excursions twice as expensive and "intimidate" tourists with the invalidity of insurance in Turkey - they are complete nonsense. After refusing to buy an excursion - you are a complete 0 for guides! Everyone deals with your questions, at the reception, gestrelation, but not the guides. I ask the Pegasus management to pay attention to the fact that employees are hostages of their functional duties, so set adequate prices for trips so that your guides can sell them normally and not hear in the back, they say they make money on tourists at tripartite prices - the market dictates its prices, there is no monopoly here. →
