Group of 21 people, including 5 children from 4 to 12 years old. Arrived in Antalya on 20. 05. 2017 at about 6:05. The steward on duty met me by bus and delivered to the hotel at about 06:50. There he ordered to contact the reception staff for all questions, as our guide will appear at 13:00 the next day and then he will deal with us. With that, he departed. The problems started right away. We were told that there were no available rooms and we would have to wait until about 14:00 until those leaving by 12:00 check out and clean the rooms by 14:00. In the end, the group was settled, but in different buildings. Lost about 7 hours of time sitting on the sofas at the reception waiting. As we later found out, the hotel was no more than 30% full. Immediately the question arose: what is it? This should have been decided immediately and on the spot by our guide (reptile), who appeared by lunchtime the next day. He could not clearly explain the reason for such a settlement, saying that such rules are in the hotel. Then he conducted another briefing (no longer needed by anyone) and began to sell us excursions at prices 2-3 more expensive than the local guides had already offered us. In a word: we "scored" him and talked with the locals, but for some reason he was offended, forgetting that he had abandoned a group with small children for more than a day. Then there was a "misunderstanding" with a return flight by UIA charter. We were supposed to leave at 13:00, but the flight was postponed to 4:30. From 3:00 sat at the reception waiting. As a result, they left on different flights: some left at 6:00, another part at 13:30 (spoiled morning and half a day), while a 12-year-old child flew with other people's parents with the other half of the group.
