They got into her unpleasant conversations with tourists, when the bus did not pick them up, they were rude not covered. →

wonderful tour company, excellent value for money, BUT the hotel guide Anastasia is something! It is impossible to imagine a more arrogant and disgusting attitude towards families who did not purchase a tour from her. Departure times need to be checked several times.
