They took the money promising 5 * and a chic vacation. But when we arrived, we didn't find anything. Neither Turkey nor Kyiv responded to our claims. The Turks blame the Ukrainians, and the Ukrainians blame the Turks. It was said that the travel agency has no obligations to tourists. 3 days before the end of the vacation, it was proposed to improve the living conditions, namely, to move to another hotel for an additional fee of $ 200. →

It so happened that I was the third hotel from the Pegasus meeting party....their staff is rude!!we got only one normal guy. If guides want to work, be polite to tourists .... it seems that they do not know their rights and obligations →

We went to Tunisia, to the mirage beach club. They were not satisfied with the girl from Pegasus, Natalya. Not polite, does not give a phone for communication. The only goal is to impose excursions on the first meeting and that's it. Then she didn't even say hello. We traveled everywhere on our own. They got into her unpleasant conversations with tourists, when the bus did not pick them up, they were rude not covered. →

wonderful tour company, excellent value for money, BUT the hotel guide Anastasia is something! It is impossible to imagine a more arrogant and disgusting attitude towards families who did not purchase a tour from her. Departure times need to be checked several times. This impression affects that the crown that is on her head is strongly squeezing the brain. →
