Rested at the hotel from April 27 to May 5 four people 2 adults, 2 children 11 and 15 years old. We arrived at 10.00 in the morning, settled quickly and were already in the rooms at 12.00. And they were pleasantly surprised, they were greeted with champagne in the hotel lobby, then even better, instead of the rooms they bought at Kamelya K Club, they gave 2 Beach Houses, the location is excellent, the houses are spacious, clean. →

Vacation in February Just yesterday we flew in from Jordan, I am writing a review because I usually read reviews myself before ordering a ticket. I liked everything about the hotel in general, special thanks to Dasha (she was attentive, helped with check-in) we were provided with a room with a sea view, although we paid for the usual one. The hotel is probably the best in Jordan, although don’t expect anything special, you can compare it with the Egyptian five. →

Representatives of the company are very lazy, do not expect help from them. During the transfer to the airport, we discovered that we forgot our passports at the hotel. We explained this to the guide who accompanied us and asked for help, we were confused. The guide said to call the hotel, they asked her for a phone, and she said that she would not give her personal phone, and in general, my working day starts at 9, they say, not my problems. →

At the airport in Turkey met the guide, told everything. There was also an informational meeting with the guide at the hotels, where everything was told in more detail. Plus, there were excursions from this operator: a Turkish hammam (Alanya), an excursion program in Alanya and rafting. The guides always picked up before the tour, waited if someone was a little late, told everyone and took them back to the hotel. →

Reservation - does not care, like all people, we all make mistakes, in fact I think a hotel or travel agency (in our case, Pegasus) earns this way: it sells a ticket to this hotel, and then they take it to the other side. →

They took me to the most expensive gold stores for shopping (a 5 gram item $1000, with a discount and a bargain of $540, :-D) Punto mink short black fur coats on the price tag for $8600 but you can bargain for $2200, but this is again VERY EXPENSIVE! !!
