There are practically no comments to the tour operator, the only thing is that our "mother" from the tour operator Altanay did not like it at the hotel. She provided all the information in a favorable light for her, and not for a tourist. She kept silent about free transfers from the hotel, but devoted all her time to stories about expensive excursions. →

Our experience from the Pegas touristik tour to Kemer, Turkey began with embarrassment - booked a flight in one hour, and when the day before departure picked up the flowers, it turned out that the flight was 4 hours earlier and the airport to go 600 km. I flew with friends to Crete, pos. Bali hotel Dfli Mare 4 * - sent, met, placed - everything is fine, and then the circus! Hotel guide - Natalia Valitova, "kindness" itself! At first, she refused to hold a meeting on the day of arrival (we were still waiting for an hour to check in) - she gathered a group of those who arrived yesterday and barked that we would come tomorrow with our group! She was prevented by 4 people (took away 5)?! And what is a group anyway? Okay! They came tomorrow - the lady was well late - and we saw our "group" - a funny bunch - we are from Kyiv, 2 from Vologda and 3 from N. →
