For the first time we used the service of Join UP / We bought a tour to Turkey, Marmaris. I read reviews about bad Join UP guides. Flight through "Bukovinka" (Bravo). Read reviews about the carrier. Double shock. We flew. There were no downsides. We flew out on time, according to the schedule, normal service for a charter, at the airport we found a booth with a representative of Join UP, we were pointed to the right bus. →

We booked a tour to Mallorca in a 5 star hotel, deluxe room. We arrived at the hotel and our room was not available. The hotel said that the booking was never confirmed. I had to live in some kind of bedbug, where everything was broken, the room was so small that they stepped over suitcases, and a cot was put for the child. And this is instead of LUX!!! We didn't get any money back. →

We booked a tour to Bodrum through a Kharkiv travel agency a month before departure, confirmation of the hotel reservation came a day later, it was possible to take normal train tickets to Kyiv, the tour was selected, among other things, for reasons of suitable departure and arrival times, linking to the train schedule. →
