Just arrived from Reef Oasis Blue Bay organized by JointUp 01-09.11.2019. What can I say - the reef costs hundreds of thousands of dollars, a huge territory with hundreds of staff. And against the backdrop of all this, a few people from the staff spoil all investments.
In our case, there was a bunch of Anastasia, a settlement manager, Amr, a senior manager, and a room cleaner.
We ordered and paid for vouchers for 5 months for 6 people. family, 2 parents, 2 grandmothers and 2 children 12 and 15 years old. We arrived at 5 am but we were marinated until 4 pm.
The representative of the company did NOT participate in the settlement in any way.

Of the pluses - there are a lot of large fish on the reef, napoleons, moray eels and stingrays and excellent areas for snacks and drinks by the pools.
In general, everything was quite positive until the moment of eviction.
When evicted, Amr's combination worked very subtly. When the bus had already arrived, the concierge came running and said that number 5305 should come to the manager. We were waited by Amr who showed us a photo of a week ago with broken glass. According to him, the grandmother and the child could break the double-glazed window. We were already waiting for a bill for 100 dollars and Amr's words about the fact that if we do not pay, the bus will not be released and we will not go anywhere. The representative of Joynap disappeared somewhere and scored on all this and disappeared. Having two children and pensioners hostage, I was forced to give the money to the fraudster.
Conclusion - they did not help us either with the settlement or with the county. There is no fraud protection with this company. + when checking in with Joynap, you need to photograph the entire room in detail so that other people's debts are not sold, because no one defends our rights.
