We rested in Sharm many times, in Sierra, the first one, I liked the hotel. The second line is not annoying, every half an hour - transport to the sea, like a clock for sure! The area is wonderful, flowers and more flowers everywhere! The pool was really repaired, but it's good, because someone was injured, they responded quickly, we managed to swim in the updated pool! The staff is very polite and hardworking, we lived in block 6 (rooms 6428, 6434), really, like in a garden! The restaurant did not upset, there is always enough of everything, dietary food was needed, please! Rush and Jasmine were constantly greeted with a smile, the chefs often prepared barbecues, the choice of food was normal, for different tastes! When we are in Sharm, we always go on a free city tour, because every guide is interesting, this time Anna from Join-up - interesting, sincere, attentive! Thank you! In each period there may be shortcomings, then the weather, which does not depend on the hotel, then something else, but the hotel is worth it to come back again and again!. →

I confirm everything that is written about them on the Internet: irresponsible, they sold the hotel, which cannot be sold this season due to the weather. Cold wind from all sides, the sea is only from the pontoon, the rest is shallow water and swamp after low tides. The host party is rude, boorish and deceitful. →

I read a lot of bad reviews about Join UP but maybe we were lucky. We flew with them for four years and everything was fine. In 2018, in the summer, when their plane broke down, we were placed in another hotel and sent the next day. Treated in good faith, everything suits us. →
