From the work of the tour operator Join Up left a double, contradictory impression. We booked a tour to Bodrum through a Kharkiv travel agency a month before departure, confirmation of the hotel reservation came a day later, it was possible to take normal train tickets to Kyiv, the tour was selected, among other things, for reasons of suitable departure and arrival times, linking to the train schedule. However, while waiting for the documents, I had to be nervous, although the travel agency warned about this. Documents for the tour arrived four days before departure, but instead of joy, horror, the flight was rescheduled from 02.50 to 14.45, the reverse is analogous, you understand, the prospect of spending the night and half a day at the Kiev airport is unpleasant, I had to urgently change train tickets , take what remained. I think that a responsible tour operator who cares about his reputation should not allow himself such a late transfer of documents to a travel agency, and understand that not only Kiev residents depart from Kiev and strive to prevent significant transfers of flight times without force majeure. Fortunately, the misadventures ended there, the flights were on time, the transfer to the hotel and back without any problems, check-in at the hotel, the hotel guide, everything is also OK. So, you can cooperate with Join Up, but the tour operator has something to work on in organizing their tours.
