Bought a tour from April 30 to May 10 on about. Tenerife (having paid for the tour on March 10). This year we decided to go to India again, we fly out in 2 days. I really hope the trip goes well. But this time I didn't like the work of Join Up. It is impossible to get through to them, the manager himself never calls back, they made mistakes in vouchers and insurance. →

Bought a ticket in the city of Kherson. We were advised to choose this tour operator and this hotel (The byke resort.) It was like this. My mother and my younger brother (10 years old) arrived in Sharzha (UAE). It is not clear by what miracle we found our significant flight to GOA! But then something happened that I would call just a punishment! I decided to save 50 euros and booked in one agency in Kirovograd through the tour operator JOIN UP! I have no complaints about the agency, but I have a lot of complaints about the operator! Guides cheat and throw money! hotel rooms for tourists who come through other Ukrainian operators are better than those who come with join up. →

I bought the tour through the Arriva agency a month before the trip. The flight, oddly enough, was relatively easy. Arrived in Colombo around 3 am. Negative!!! Just arrived at the hotel - it seems to pay 40 USD extra - for the improvement of the room. GOtel - rated 3 * +, but in reality - 2 * - !!! As a result, they gave pennies - and a bath of kіmnata - yak in the SRSR ... The tile is crooked, the toilet bowl is non-mite!!! On the tables outside - servets of gray color .... Cats run on the tables!!! We needed a ticket for 3 days of snacks. →

They did a good job, delivered to the right place, settled, in Montenegro they cooperate with Pilon - the representatives told everything in an accessible way, conducted excursions (for an additional fee, but not more expensive than other offers on the market). In short, I have no complaints, but I have gratitude. →
