Rested in Turkey on August 5-12, 2015 at Sunis Elita Beach Resort Hotel & SPA in Side. We have a rest with this operator for the first time. Never fly with JoinUp!!!!! We flew to Turkey a million times with different operators and never had any problems, this year I had a chance to fly with JoinUp! It was supposed to be our honeymoon, which was written in the tour application !!!!!! We were not settled in the paid hotel, after much torment (7 hours) we were given a choice of 2 hotels, which are much lower! They did not fulfill any of our requests and wishes! As a result, we rest in a terrible hotel, which we have never heard of, vouchers to this hotel cost $ 500 cheaper than we paid . →

Terrible company: on June 10 they ordered a vacation in Montenegro, Budva, on July 17. We made a 100% payment, received hotel confirmation from them, they said they would give the tickets a few days before departure. A week before departure (July 10), they called us and said that there were no rooms in our hotel (overbooking, resale ...) and they could offer us 2 villas. →

We paid the entire amount in advance, 1 week in advance we were informed that we received confirmation from the hotel, all documents were sent by e-mail. Join ap threw me a note under the number, putting me and my family (YOUNGER SON 3 YEARS OLD !!!) in front of the fact that we have to leave the room in two hours and leave for Hurghata airport. WE HAD PROBLEMS WITH REGISTRATION AND LANDING ON THE PLANE, SO WE DIDN'T HAVE TICKETS. It's just awful. I ADVISE ALL TO COURT AND COMPENSATE FOR MORAL DAMAGES AND THE COST OF UNEXPECTED SERVICES. →

Travel agency JoinUp are scammers, never do business with them!!! Their representatives, who will meet you, will be rude to you and will do everything to deceive you in everything: you will be taken to a much worse hotel than you paid (and without talking, but no - fly home!), you will be accommodated in rooms overlooking the garbage dump, if you return home, it will not be in broad daylight, as agreed, but at 4:00 in the morning with three sleeping children in your arms and a mountain of things))) but I’m generally silent about a comfortable transfer . →

Vacation ruined!!! We started by changing the transfer 2 days before departure (instead of 3 hours of a direct flight, we got 13 hours and waited 3 hours at the airport), upon arrival in Sharm El Sheikh we were loaded onto a bus, and after leaving the airport we were informed that we were being taken to another hotel, and when we started to resent (after all, we booked and paid for another hotel), the representative of JOIN UP rudely told us that we had 2 options. →

At first, I was worried that the operator was not familiar to me, but I was also worried about the wave of bankruptcies. But the operator was reliable. Everything was on time, buses, drivers, escorts, came to the minute. Similarly, UIA (their charter) worked well. So the holiday was a success. →
