Bought a tour from April 30 to May 10 on about. Tenerife (having paid for the tour on March 10). Arriving at the airport, we found out that the charter flight was late by 2 hours. waiting for the plane and seeing it on it was scary to fly. Arriving in Tenerife, it turned out that we were being accommodated in the wrong hotel, which we had paid for ourselves 1.5 months before the trip. For 10 days we were moved 3 times (6 days we managed to live in the hotels we booked). On the way back, the plane was late for 6 hours and the final report was only at the airport. We never had such an impression about the trip, it's just awful!!! We wish the management of the company that their holidays be organized in the same mocking way that the company arranges for tourists who have paid money and want to relax, but not spoil the nervous system!
