Let's start with the fact that we had to get to Odessa from Chisinau, and then fly to Crete from there. Departure from Chisinau was scheduled for 6 am on the day of departure. Departure in the contract was scheduled for 10.30 am. As we have been to Odessa more than once and had experience, we understood that we would not have time to get there in such a short time, and even with customs clearance, and even at least 1 hour before departure. To all our indignations and quarrels with the operator of the travel agency in Chisinau GrinCom Travel Agency, she answered that the bus would deliver us on time. We already wanted to go under our own power in the evening in order to be there in advance. When she found out about it, only then she said that the flight would be at 14.00, JoinUp delayed the flight. We calmed down about the fact that we would be late for the plane, but indignation arose that half a day of our stay in Crete was being stolen from us and we were losing the opportunity to plunge into the long-awaited sea that day. On this day we reached the hotel in the dark and could only admire the evening sea and the high shining stars. We liked the Horizon Beach Hotel in the town of Stalida, the rooms are normal, the food is to taste, they are cleaned on time, what else is needed for a not very spoiled tourist. But the day before departure, remembering the ill-fated arrival, we began to worry about the flight home. according to the papers, the departure was scheduled for 14.00 on the day of check-out from the hotel. Of course, we counted on half a day spent at sea in the morning. but when we arrived at the hotel on the eve, we found an announcement at the reception that we needed to be at the agreed place at 8.20 and wait for the bus to the airport, since the plane leaves at 11.00 in the morning. upset, looking at the night, we began to collect our belongings in order to get out of the hotel after breakfast. On Greek soil, the Le Grand travel agency was responsible for us, the girl from this travel agency listened to complaints from us all the way that we were again robbed of half a day of rest, that is, half a day from the start of the check-in, half a day from the end of the check-in - a total of 1 day of rest, which we sacredly promised in the travel agency of Chisinau. But the funniest thing was that literally 1 minute before the entrance to Heraklion airport, the tour operator Le Grand announced that the departure was delayed by 3 hours. that is, we still take off at 14.00 and they say JoinUp first changed the departure time to 11.00, and then to 14. 00 and did not report the last change (((((Personally, I have a suspicion that all these agencies work in close conjunction with each other, including hotels, releasing rooms ahead of schedule
