I have been on tours from this company three times already, and I am going to do it again. for all this time (DIFFERENT FROM OTHER TRAVEL AGENCIES), the staff did not hang noodles on my ears, advised only adequate vacation options, and as a result, we got the most optimal price / quality ratio. →

Let's start with the fact that the employees of this company are relatives. They behave shamelessly, disrespectfully and rudely. They work very slowly, they never deliver what they promise on time. Especially Dmitry Gladkikh! I addressed them twice and both times I was very sorry about it. For the first time, Tamara Gladkikh served me for a long time, although the service was trifling. →

We used the services of the travel agency "Argo" (Sumy) in August 2011. We bought a ticket for 4 people - Turkey, Marmaris, Sun Maris City Hotel, for 7 nights - and in a good mood we went to the Boryspil airport at the appointed time. When we were already on the way to Kyiv, an employee of the agency Dmitry called us on a mobile phone and said that the flight departure was postponed for half a day. →
