We used the services of the travel agency "Argo" (Sumy) in August 2011. We bought a ticket for 4 people - Turkey, Marmaris, Sun Maris City Hotel, for 7 nights - and in a good mood we went to the Boryspil airport at the appointed time. When we were already on the way to Kyiv, an employee of the agency Dmitry called us on a mobile phone and said that the flight departure was postponed for half a day. At the airport ticket office, we learned that the flight had not been rescheduled, but was being operated as scheduled. Dmitry, knowing this in advance, took away from us half a day of rest (out of seven)! We do not recommend contacting this agency, where such dishonorable "people" work, earning on lies.
