I read what other tourists write about this travel agency. Basically, yes, somewhere they are right. BUT. I have been on tours from this company three times already, and I am going to do it again. for all this time (DIFFERENT FROM OTHER TRAVEL AGENCIES), the staff did not hang noodles on my ears, advised only adequate vacation options, and as a result, we got the most optimal price / quality ratio. and I can also say that when I come to find some kind of tour, they always hear MY needs, and do not advertise products that are profitable for them to sell.
of course, disorganization is a problem for them, but if you wish, you can dock without wasting too much time.
although, of course, everyone is free to choose a travel agency that suits him.
