We went on the tour "Fine Karpaty" 20-24.09.2018. In general, the tour was interesting, rich, wonderful nature, the hospitality of the locals, educational excursions of the local guide Miroslav. But all this was crossed out by moving from Kyiv to Yasin and back. The driver strayed from the road, drove us along a dirt road with huge pits, people were swayed, bags and pillows were flying around the cabin, it was a common thing to brake sharply after picking up speed. →

Firstly: the driver - when he was taking us on vacation, turned the wrong way and drove us like a load of 200. . . potatoes are transported more carefully than we were taken on vacation. We arrived in the morning and immediately after an hour and a half went on a tour. . . The question is how a person who has been driving for 12 hours, and even at night, can rest in an hour and a half. →

Manager Veronica was respectful, told me all the information I was interested in and I booked the tour. The ride was on a comfortable, small bus, there were stops to warm up and drink coffee. →

I bought a tour to Belarus to visit Santa Claus at the end of December. At the railway station, 20 minutes before the departure of the train, my wallet, money and cards were stolen from me. Obviously, I couldn't go. I immediately called all the phones, because of force majeure, they didn’t really say anything what to do. It was Fri, they say, call the office from Mon, we will decide something (the question was about a partial return of money). →

I saw an ad from this company that they carry to Bukovel. But I was very surprised that INSURANCE IS NOT INCLUDED AT ALL in the tour and they said to pay for it separately. This is not acceptable, this is against the law. It is impossible to save on the health and life of tourists. Beware of such offers (ski tours), where insurance is not included in the price, which violates the laws of Ukraine. →

Tour "Song of Volyn" August 24-27, 2017 We, those tourists who bought a tour from the company "Pilgrim-m", who were not warned about the change in departure and for which we returned to Kiev. I would like to clarify the preliminary response to this trip. We were not late, we did not confuse the place of departure and our phones were turned on. Admin Olena, who did not have our phones and did not ask her management why she does not have phones and why tourists did not come to board, did not work professionally. →

"After Volyn" 24-27.08.2017. Good tour. It is a pity that the infrastructure is zero. Boarding house "Shatsky lakes" - a nightmare. It is not even necessary to describe. But the place is good, the hot water is there. Food on the tour - edible. Elena didn't even understand the role of Olena's administrator. Can't connect two words, boring and unprofessional. →

I want to say THANK YOU. Because you don't always find time to thank people for a job well done. I went on a tourist trip to Lviv on April 8-9, I liked the tour itself, I was especially pleased with the hotel, I wrote about it in a previous post, and then I decided that it would not be correct to remember the hotel and not thank the company with which I was able to visit such beautiful places, but the most important thing is the atmosphere and attitude, I was very comfortable and pleasant. →

It's wild for me to read what other authors write about Anga Travel. That's the truth... Kidalovo, deprive me of my license... This is not the first time I've been traveling around Ukraine with Anga Travel and I have never had any complaints. 1. From recent trips: six months ago, my friends and I went on a tour of Kozelets-Baturin. Somehow I didn’t have to choose, we found a tour for ourselves, booked it, paid for it, and drove off. →

Just ruined New Year's Eve! 900 UAH paid for the birthday of a local uncle. No Christmas tree, no Santa Claus, no tangerine, no New Year's greetings! There was not even a hint of New Year! There were no apologies either. I'm not talking about compensation. We will ask for the deprivation of the license of this sharashkin office of Anga Travel. Saved by the attitude of the locals. →
