Ukrainian-Hungarian flavor attracts visitors at first sight. We booked a tour in Anga Travel because we did not read the reviews at all and did not find anything negative for ourselves. The reviews were surprising, but we are glad that our impressions are completely different from the negative ones. →

I chose a weekend tour for a long time, and my attention was attracted by the Smachne Zakarpattya excursion tour, which was sold by Anga Travel. Before buying a tour from them, I naturally read reviews on this tour operator. There were approximately equal numbers of good and bad, I doubted for a long time, but nevertheless I decided to give the company a chance, and as it turned out, in vain! If you, like me, expect responsibility, concern for tourists and honesty from a tour operator, then you and Anga Travel are definitely not on your way !!! Everything seemed to start well, the manager Alina was kind (only at the beginning). →

We booked a ticket for a child. And when it came time to bring money the next day, it turned out that there were no more tickets to this camp. In addition, the manager Yulia laughed into the phone and said that we could not place an order at all. there were no vouchers when we did it, and the manager who communicated with us simply did not have access to the database and was not at all competent in the matter of orders. →

money scam! 340 UAH per person for an excursion to Radomyshl. Info on the website that the entrance to the castle is included in the price of the trip. But upon arrival, we were charged another 50 UAH for the entrance! Sorry, but it turns out that 340 UAH is for the Kyiv-Radomyshl fare (86 km). →

We met with the tour operator "Anga Travel" New Year 2015 in the "Conference Hall Irpen". The young man and I liked everything from the very beginning: 1. Celebration in the Ukrainian style, respectively, there was a dress code: at least an embroidered shirt, the maximum is your imagination. Since many adhered to the dress code, the atmosphere of the holiday was truly patriotic! :) 2. →

01/03 - 01/08/2015 returned from the "Drive Christmas" tour to Bukovel. The Berkut hotel is generally not bad, the room is warm, all the amenities. But the food (breakfasts and dinners in the cost of the tour) was not just bad, but disgusting. Portions are small, watery and tasteless. It is even surprising that in Ukraine, in the Carpathian region, they managed to feed so badly. →

I really liked the Cleopatra Hotel in general, except for bed linen and bedspreads with terrible stains. As for the tour, we did not get the promised 4 seats, we were seated for a long time and were given the 3rd row. But on excursions and on the way back to Kyiv, these places were occupied by other people from Odessa, who categorically did not want to change with us, they say, these places were prescribed to them by Anga Travel. →
