It's wild for me to read what other authors write about Anga Travel. That's the truth... Kidalovo, deprive me of my license... This is not the first time I've been traveling around Ukraine with Anga Travel and I have never had any complaints.
1. From recent trips: six months ago, my friends and I went on a tour of Kozelets-Baturin. Somehow I didn’t have to choose, we found a tour for ourselves, booked it, paid for it, and drove off. Excellent woman tour guide - Irina. A master of her craft, in love with the history of her native country and Ukraine in general. Rich program and really interesting. Worth the money (and not much)! But it was autumn, really.
We went in December for a weekend in Bukovel. The driver (like Sergey) is very cool. I drove fast but carefully. And we came across a young guy accompanying us, who told a lot of all sorts of interesting things, answered questions, joked (the very case when I didn’t want to sleep on the bus at all).
2. The work of managers before / after the purchase. I believe that I am the ideal buyer. I find what I like visually, read the product description carefully and buy. There is no need to carry out any "Before" work with me. But for me to come back and buy again - yes. So, in Anga, I like the approach of salespeople. You will not have time to return from the tour and move away from impressions - feedback from the tour operator. They call back, find out about how they went, what they liked / what they didn’t like ... Everything is very friendly and sincere. And, of course, where without offers for the next trips?!)) They immediately begin to offer tours for the future. I like this approach.
3. Will I use this company again? I guess so. I haven’t visited Anga’s website for a long time, but I think they have already come up with some interesting tours for the May holidays and I could go. I don't know what's going on inside the company, but there is a strong feeling of some kind of unity within the company. The guys really fall in love with Ukraine.
P.s. Dear Anga Travel staff - don't be discouraged by reading these reviews. Any review, any opinion is subjective. and I believe that for you it is an incentive to become better and achieve more. From my side, you are a big plus and thank you.
