Tour "Song of Volyn" August 24-27, 2017 We, those tourists who bought a tour from the company "Pilgrim-m", who were not warned about the change in departure and for which we returned to Kiev. I would like to clarify the preliminary response to this trip. We were not late, we did not confuse the place of departure and our phones were turned on.
Admin Olena, who did not have our phones and did not ask her management why she does not have phones and why tourists did not come to board, did not work professionally. She simply told the group that the tourists' phones were turned off and the bus left Kyiv at 11.35 pm. Departure time - 23 hours 30 minutes, ie we waited 5 minutes.
Therefore, before you give a comment, make sure it is true. As for the tour itself, everything is organized at a high level, all the excursions, living conditions and food are well thought out.

I would like to appeal to the management of the travel agency regarding the organization of the collection of tourists and responsibility to them, we bought a cheap tour and could be left without rest due to the negligence of its employees. And one more thing, the tour administrator is the face of a travel agency, you didn't have one, because Olena is a random person in the field of tourism. Her non-professionalism and "pofigism" are impressive.
