We went to Uman at 12.10 on a corporate tour with ANGA Travel. Not the first time we go and saw a lot. Most of all, thanks to the managers of the company for the correct attitude towards the client. We booked an excursion on Independence Day to Sorochintsy from the Anga Travel company, they promised a bus with air conditioning, but they drove it without air conditioning, and even some kind of old one, it constantly stank of exhaust fumes. The guide, who is also a representative of the Anga travel company, could not organize a timely departure from Sorochentsy, as a result, we stood in the heat and waited for about an hour for the bus to arrive, but the biggest surprise awaited us in Mirgorod, because we just flew around Mirgorod for a guide, because they were late, but when everyone got on the bus to go home, it turned out that Anga Travel had not paid off with the carrier, and he refused to take us home, we still stood for about an hour, sorting out this situation, and when the nerves were at the limit and we were about to beat face to the representative of the company, the money was immediately found. →

There were a lot of declared objects in the tour program, but it all remained on paper, I'll tell you why. We were with the whole family on the New Year's tour of Transcarpathia (Lux) 2013. I really liked the hotel: sauna, billiards, swimming pool, bowling, restaurant, bar, attentive staff, comfortable rooms..... and the performance of the winner of the Junior Eurovision 2012 (Anastasia Petrik) was an unforgettable gift on New Year's Eve!
