We fly with donya to rest from December 13th. I read a lot of information about excursions. I signed up with almost almost all agencies in Mui Ne - and 1001 one night in Vietnam and Focus Travel and a small handful. All invite - invite - left their phones. Call - we'll come running - we'll arrange everything. They all sing well! so experienced people can share their experience - who took it where specifically. Who traveled with whom?

Focus Travel is a tour operator whose prices are almost 2 times more expensive! we took all the excursions in 1001 nights - be sure to visit the 2-day Nha Trang-Dalat: just super, ask for a guide named TON - the Vietnamese will not regret it - they have an excursion of $ 110, then you can choose - but I highly advise you to Mount TAKO where the statue recumbent buddha + you can take this tour 3 in 1 ($ 55): with hot springs and the Huck lighthouse for example! - the statue is the longest in Southeast Asia and you can make a wish! springs and mud are also super, well, the White and Red dunes - the pride of Mui Ne is also a must!!! + go to the shopping center 1001 nights (you can also order everything at once there - excursions) and attractive purchases - from o-long tea and leather from Dalat (be sure to buy !!! goodies), traditional 2-sided bathrobes with embroidery, various medicines + inexpensive and high-quality pearls (if something is missing, you can order them = they will bring you up)

I am doing the same, but we are flying later to NG. All agencies have similar programs and excursions, prices, service, I think too: 1001, Ivanko-tour, Bi-tour. Reviews are conflicting, who seems to be lucky. I need a license and insurance. At least min. warranty.

1001 Nights and the Ivanko Tour definitely have licenses.

We were in Vietnam in December. All excursions were taken at 1001 nights - they did not regret it. And they won in the budget, and the attitude is good. The people on the tours were 9-10 people in the bus. the only negative - Russian-speaking guides. hard to understand.

Afnbybz, for sure, only 1001 nights and Ivanko-tour have licenses, we went with both, the difference is colossal !!! Organization, guides, attitude towards tourists (plus insurance) at Ivanko-tour cannot be compared with the "night". I would not recommend 1001 nights to anyone! Thanks to a nightmarish excursion to Vinpearl, a whole day was excluded from the rest. Many people write about Sasha's rudeness (he is not Sasha at all, the real Chong) everything is absolutely accurate! There was no question of any apologies, let alone compensation, only rudeness and threats, for which he received.
The advice to choose carefully the organizers of the tour is unlikely to help, it's as lucky.

Good afternoon! I fully support the comment and want to tell our story of adventures with "1001 Nights of Vietnam".
We are traveling around Asia not for the first time, but since we always have very little time (due to professional employment), we prefer to choose the places we want to visit in the country and trust the travel agency on the spot. We always read reviews before going anywhere, but oddly enough, we found only positive ones about "1001", so we decided to travel with them. Upon arrival, on the same day, we found their nearest office, a woman with a detached look was sitting in it. We took their prospectus and agreed that we would come the next day to order everything. Came, booked 4 excursions for 5 days. One of them was a composite "Nha Trang - 2 days Dalat", we had to join three different groups in it. We immediately said that long journeys don’t scare us at all, in this regard we are “worn rolls”, but the representative of the travel agency constantly tried to dissuade us from some kind of excursion ... somehow strange, it usually happens the other way around. They left an advance payment of $ 100, it remained to pay 400. The amount, I think, is normal in order to keep tourists.

The attitude towards tourists is boorish!
This is October 2014. We bought 3 excursions. One individual in Da Lat, the other two - Cuchi Tunnels and Three Islands - group. What did we get at the exit: the individual was fine, if the guide didn’t constantly rush us and didn’t pull. Okay, Da Lat is flowers. The next excursion was to the tunnels. They took us, and another couple, they took us. When we stopped for breakfast, the guide informs us that “you are going back by local transport, since the second Mekong Delta is tomorrow”, seeing the bewilderment in our eyes, surprised: “Were you not warned?” We were shocked. When they said - take us back then, the guide phoned someone and announced that the money would not be returned to us. Amazing. And here we are, in a shitty mood, going to see these tunnels. I wonder if we were in a different situation! Surprisingly educated guide Ton tried to fix the situation as best he could! And thank you very much for this! He did everything in his power. And the bus found us more comfortable (according to the time of departure) and encouraged us in every possible way, Saigon showed. But in the evening they nevertheless put us on a bus, with lounge chairs, and for 5 hours we were shaking in it with a bunch of Vietnamese (for our own money). Arrived at the hotel no. An agency employee should have contacted and warned - not a hint. Further more fun. We had a planned excursion to the islands in the reserve, on the way the guide May happily informed us that we had changed the program, and we were going to Winpearl (we still don’t have time to get to the islands by boat and it’s boring there). And the fact that we said that we were there last year, and we DID NOT LIKE, did not bother anyone. Well, to hell with him, Winpearl, so Winpearl. I jokingly ask: “Are we back on the sleeping bus again?” Mai: “Well, yes, you were warned?!” Me: "No, Mai, we weren't warned." As a result, we were dropped off in Nha Trang at Winpearl (have fun). Of course, we rode the funicular both ways, took a couple of photos on the territory. And, thanks to "1001 Nights of Vietnam", we were forced to wander around the backyards of Nha Trang all day long. We have nowhere to stay - the hotel is not provided, then we will sit in one cafe, then in another, lie down on the beach, but, again, with you, a camera, a camera, 2 lenses, expensive phones - you can’t swim together. So we hung out there until the evening. And in the evening (at 8 !!!) we were loaded into some kind of cattle truck, which collected people in a big bus. Imagine a minibus that is overloaded; not only us, but also someone's suitcases were stuffed into the cabin. And in this shame, we cut through 15 minutes to the slip-bass. Slip bass is a reserved seat bus. 3 rows of shelves, 2 tiers each, recumbent. And a bunch of local, very noisy people. The trip was 6 hours. At 2 am we unloaded at the hotel. Upon arrival, I wrote a claim to the agency, do not believe me, they did not even answer me - they did not apologize. Thank you, 1001 nights, that you are so SHIT on tourists.

Resting in Vietnam. My husband and I went to lunch, went to a pharmacy, which, in combination, as well as its seller, is a representative office of Ivanko Tour. We were served quite quickly, as the seller spoke Russian very well. My husband took my phone, took a picture of the instructions and, as I stood nearby, put the phone on the counter next to me. At this time, visitors came in, the first in the 40 minutes that we were there, since the place was not crowded, and even the beginning of the season, my husband and I were distracted and, in general, we forgot our phone there (iPhone 5). We arrived at the hotel, discovered the loss, returned within 15-20 minutes, the seller does not know anything, he forgot how to speak Russian, understand too. They dialed later on the phone, because when they arrived again, everything was closed, it was 17.00 in the yard, they asked to give it back for a fee, they did not understand anything in Russian. Now think about when something goes wrong with your tour, whether they will understand you or just roll up the bench and say that we don’t know anything. People are not honest!!!!!
