I even looked at the pictures))) By the way, you should not be equal to the locals at all. They don’t understand tourists at all) They walk their own trails, more convenient for them, shorter to the goal - blueberries, grazing, cutting down, etc. and almost never use special marked tourist routes that are marked according to other principles - difficulty levels, length, peak coverage , beautiful views. They have their needs, the tourists have theirs. Hiking shoes should be comfortable, especially for walking. It is much more real to slip in shoes that are absolutely (!!!) unsuitable for this than to meet a viper.
