MINUSES: the room does not close (but maybe that's good, I came already heated), only the house closes. Heat only in the room, you go out into the corridor, the kitchen - it's cold. There is no microwave in the kitchen. When leaving the house, there is a narrow "goat" path to the street, at the bottom there is a steep slope. For elderly people with sore feet, walking is uncomfortable, and slippery after rain.
PLUS: very clean, there are books in the room (you can ask the hostess to read something). I lived in a room that overlooks the master's house, it's normal - you can't hear passing cars on the highway. In summer it should be good in general - the house is surrounded by trees.
Then she moved on to another hostess, where she booked a single room.

The owners have two houses - a large one and a small one. Lived in a small 3 rooms are located on the second floor, on the first floor there is a kitchen and a room in which the owners live.
MINUSES: When I settled in, the hostess immediately began to raise the fee by 10 UAH. citing the fact that a single room is more expensive. The toilet was on the second floor near the rooms. It stank of unbearably stagnant sewage - it is not clear when it was all cleaned (the owners save! ). In a room that is bordered by a toilet wall, wood lice fell from the ceiling. Two cats spent the night in the kitchen, they still managed to go to the second floor to sleep on the rug. A week later, the hostess asked: can you clean? The blanket is thin, the blanket is dusty. It had already been raining for a week, the house was apparently summer - an incredible dubar. Vacationers from the big house came to swear - when will you heat? The answer is that the heating season has not started yet. She drowned like this - in a day or two days, in the evening, in the morning they got up - it was cold. Tight control in the kitchen - the owners save gas.
PROS: nature, air, plenty of mineral water, mushroom hunting (shoes, raincoat can be requested from the owners), you can eat in the room, can help carry the bag to the station.
HOUSING. Specify the distance from the sanatorium, if the locals have a busy room, they can transfer you to their relatives or friends who are much further away. When booking rooms, ask the hosts which stove is electric or gas. There is often no electricity in Kvasy, when I was resting there were 2 days at the beginning of the vacation and 2 days at the end. For example, "Vitaly" has an electric stove in the kitchen, and when there is no light, you can't even heat your own tea.
FOOD. You can arrange lunches in a sanatorium, they are issued from Friday for the next week, 90-95 UAH. They feed it when it’s good, vacationers say when it’s good (so they took half the food with them), when it’s bad.
Gagarin and Bokarash. Small portions and expensive. Pizzeria. Normal, meager menu, sour beer, lamb meat dishes (soup, pasties - tasteless) specific - for an amateur, prices are normal. Oak tree. Long wait for order - 20 - 30 min. , flies. There are two chefs who work every other day. One cook cooks deliciously, the other how to get it. It seems that you can take half a portion (one waiter says - you can, the other - no). Extreme hut. Do not be lazy, go to this cafe, walk along the highway for 3 km. They cook very tasty, the prices are lower than in Kvasy. Back - any ride (10 UAH) or a sanatorium bus (free of charge).
MINERAL WATER. In Kvasy themselves, I counted 6 sources, where they are, ask the owners. Drink water with a high iron content through a straw and 50 gr. In general, any mineral water is drunk through a straw. By the way, under the Union in the sanatorium they gave 40 g of arsenic water to drink. for the gastrointestinal tract. In the cold season, do not drink water from the source - you can get sick, it is better to bring it home so that it warms up to room temperature.
ARSENIC BATHS: Arsenic baths are available only in the sanatorium. Even under the Union, these baths were taken every other day - the duration of the bath is 36 hours. Well, it is clear that in the sanatorium everything is put on the conveyor. Baths in the private sector are just mineral baths, the vacationers themselves did the analysis - there is no arsenic in these baths. In the sanatorium in the bathroom department (where there are arsenic baths) there is a large turnover of medical staff, so the nurses do the baths : ( By the way, upon arrival home, diseases can worsen, for example, my roommate's knees began to hurt at home.
INJECTIONS WITH CO2. These injections are given in France, Germany, Austria (Baden-Baden), Russia (Sakhalin) and Ukraine (Kvasy). Everyone who came to Kvasy for the first time and buys a kursovka for a sanatorium is sent to the head physician Bilyak Ivan Pavlovich. He has 20-30% from these injections. Vacationers said that everyone makes a different number of point injections.
ENTERTAINMENT. Mushroom hunting, picking herbs and berries (summer). In the resort on Saturdays - karaoke, Sunday - disco. Excursions: Bukovel, monastery, waterfalls. You can go to Rakhiv: the Museum of Mountain Ecology, the Geographical Center of Europe (near it Kolyba - they cook very tasty, the portions are large! ), Carpathian Biosphere Reserve.
