Patkovsky is a rather mediocre hotel. They try, but the interiors, furniture, bathrooms are very mediocre. The food is not happy at all (read my review here), so their restaurant is not an advantage, but a disadvantage. About Sky-Hotel I can judge by the photos and because I walked there nearby.
