It was unexpected to receive so many negative impressions from rest in this hotel, now in order: - the unpleasant smell of chlorine throughout the hotel, and in the SPA area it generally causes an allergic reaction, it is very hot, a large number of people in such an area of the SPA, unfriendly bar staff in the SPA area; cleaning of the pool is done with low-quality chemicals, which causes a change in color in bathing suits; children are not allowed in the spa after 16:00, and what should they do after skating and when should they visit the pool???? - rooms are cleaned after lunch, which is very inconvenient; - very uncomfortable pillows; - the service at the bar on the 7th floor is terrible and very unfriendly, we waited for more than an hour to be served and they did not wait; - the breakfast restaurant is too small for the number of guests; - the parking lot is very small.
