I booked a superior junior suite for 5 days, I didn’t even imagine that this category of room could have problems with the view, it turns out there is a view of Bukovel and a view of the other side, so they gave me a view of the other side on the 2nd floor, it turns out the most low of this type of room, so I look at the smoking boys and someone's windows.

Moreover, I booked in advance and the girl said that "there are enough free rooms for these dates", it turns out that they obviously gave me the worst one. When I politely tried to clarify, maybe there are free rooms, at least higher, there is nothing either on one side or on the other, and it won’t appear even if I moved for 2-3 days of stay, for example (which is amazing for the end of August, after independence day). One of the girls at the reception did not even raise her eyes or look at me when she was talking to me.
The new large built building is absolutely incomparable with the micro-size of the territory / parking lot, upon arrival there is already a feeling that there is a flow of people here like in a boarding house, and despite the fact that it is now +17 on the street, if it were warmer, I can’t imagine what would be happening near pool. In the parking lot on arrival took the last place. Take the elevator from the 1st to the 2nd floor, you wait for the elevator for 5 minutes.
Immediately upon check-in, they were taken aback by the fact that we had to choose when we would have breakfast either from 08:00 to 09:30, or from 09:30 to 11:00. Apparently this flow of people in the dining room, which was designed only for the old building, cannot be fed at a time. I have a 2 year old and we adjust breakfast time to wake up time, I will probably have to run every time and warn that our breakfast range is changing.
Little things: in the new building there is no ramp to lift things, they don’t offer help in lifting luggage, but I have suitcases, a stroller, bags. These are all impressions already in the first hour of being here.
It is immediately clear that this is not a place for a relaxing holiday in the mountains.

Bagels and lemonade without sugar at the reception. But special thanks to the hotel administrator Artyom, when our child fell ill, he showed maximum attention and care. Allocated a car for a trip to the city to the pharmacy, Provided a doctor, a specialist. He did everything possible for a speedy recovery! I am very glad that in Ukraine there are hotels with high-level service! If possible, we will be happy to return to this chic hotel!

This was not the first time we visited this hotel, and we went there without any fear that something might go wrong . . Upon arrival, they were horrified, two or three meters from the hotel with beautiful scenery CONSTRUCTION!! ! Which the manager did not bother to inform, arguing that we had an early booking! Instead of a children's slide and a swing, there are pallets with tiles and cisterns with concrete, construction equipment that works from morning to night is adjacent to the parking lot, so there can be no talk of any rest, let alone clean air.

Let me start by saying that we did not expect such a warm and friendly welcome. Very pleasant hosts. Cozy, made of wood rooms, modern furniture, shower and excellent view from the window of the room. Very tasty homemade food, and as it turned out inexpensive. The lift is within easy reach, you can walk for 10-15 minutes, having previously descended from a rather steep hill.

We arrived with a company, and we immediately did not like the smell in the rooms - it clearly stank of sewerage. The rooms are cold, they asked to add heating - they answered that they would do everything, though it didn’t get warmer - they referred to raw firewood. The water in the shower from the boiler is enough for one and a half people, and it goes either cold or hot.

The rooms are cold, they asked to add heating - they answered that they would do everything, though it didn’t get warmer - they referred to raw firewood. The water in the shower from the boiler is enough for one and a half people, and it goes either cold or hot. The audibility in the rooms is terrible, you can hear everything that happens in the neighboring rooms and the corridor - no privacy. They cleaned the rooms on demand, and then for 10 days they never vacuumed them (and the rooms are small, they went into them shod, and there was dirt on the street). About water: it stinks. The owner of the complex, Eduard, came, we told him everything about the cold in the rooms and about the water. He promised us to solve the issue of heating by installing electric batteries in each room (couldn't it be possible to do this right away) - but still they didn't give batteries, but simply began to heat more intensively - it became warmer. He told us this about the water - the one that is taken from the stream in the taps and passed through a coarse filter (the one from garbage), and the water they cook on is from a well and goes through several stages of purification - the water is tasty, we drank. But still, we washed with tap water, brushed our teeth, and as a result, five out of eight people got poisoned. water was not sinned until a poisoning occurred in a neighboring cottage. so there, too, a few people felt bad. as it turned out, and this was the last day of our ten-day stay, the complex at the top poured its waste into a cesspool, and the pit was not made correctly, and somehow gets into the river, the very one from which the water was taken for the rooms, so the fact not the most pleasant. so we did not stay for the last night, but went for the night looking. Q: Why didn't you move? On our part, a huge mistake was made, we paid the entire sum for the stay at once, or rather, when booking a part and on the second day of our stay, the remainder, since Fomich's first question at the meeting was: what about the remainder? And we paid, FUCKERS. On the fourth day, we decided to move, but naturally no one was going to return the money, in general, we stayed there. Cable TV in the rooms - these are Ukrainian channels, ORT, NTV, STS, Euronews, Travel and Fashion - there is nothing to watch, and when you are lying in a room with an upset stomach - TV is the only consolation. About the restaurant. Breakfast in general is nothing: oatmeal / buckwheat porridge, or scrambled eggs, or pancakes + tea / coffee + bread, butter, cheese, though cheese was given in such a small piece that it was already ridiculous. The restaurant is nice, the kitchen is also like nothing 3.5 balls out of 5. About 600 meters - a lie. You can walk on foot, but the dirt there is terrible and the hill is still the same, so either your own transport or a taxi 30 (if you find one), and 40-50 to the lifts. My advice is not to stay there. For this money you can have a better rest.

Introduction
My boyfriend and I decided to celebrate the end of the session and go to the Carpathians for a week - to relax and forget the hardships.
It would seem that nothing foreshadowed failure...
Road to the hotel
Arriving in Ivano-Frankivs, they tried to find a way to get to the hotel. We found quite a nice guy who drove to the hotel for 200. Even then, the rise to the hotel caused me fears. “Where are the lifts? ” I asked, approaching the hotel, expecting to see them 300 meters away (that is, somewhere nearby! ), As was promised on the site at that time. A thoughtful "mmm" from my young man was the only answer. The climb to the hotel was incredibly steep. Already then there was a feeling that something was wrong... As they say, "it was getting dark. "
Meeting
The meeting was quite friendly. We were met by the hotel manager Fomich, who promptly checked the reservation, picked up the bags and cheerfully escorted us to the room. Windows with access to a hill with houses (see photo 1). The room is quite cozy, although cramped: renovation, large bed, TV (lots of channels), bathroom (shower, sink, toilet), hot water heater, refrigerator, carpet on the floor. Wardrobe with two hangers in total. No glasses, no kettle. At night, you can’t buy anything anywhere right up to the restaurants of Bukovel. But that would seem like a small thing. As they say, everything comes around. . .
In the yard.
The yard is small, rather than a yard, but a parking lot. All around dirt, clay, even a small plus on the street. It's probably expensive to pave a small adjoining area, but oh well. Only a couple of minutes in this yard - and the shoes need to be washed urgently. There are no shoe brushes in the room. It was necessary under running water (not with towels) . . Although, if they were changed, it would be possible with towels, but more on that later...
From a certain point in the courtyard, we were finally able to make sure that we were in Bukovel - the edge of one of the descent paths modestly peeked out from behind the trees in the distance (see photo 2). When asked where 300 meters to the ski lifts, the manager scratched his turnips and said: "So there are about 300 meters... if you move in a straight line... maybe a little more there. " In a straight line, as it turned out - through the knee-deep fields in the snow.
How do you get to the ski lifts?
The hotel is still as it turned out not in the resort, but outside the resort. To get there, the manager brings you to the ski lifts in the morning and from the ski lifts in the evening for 30 UAH per trip per person, regardless of how many people get into the car at a time. If you do not agree in advance, then the manager may simply not be in the right place with the car and you have to wait a long time. If you want to get there exactly at the time you want to (300 meters after all, ha, show-off! ) then you can go down in different ways - along a terribly slippery clay road from the hotel or along an equally slippery staircase. And then, at the risk of falling under the wheels, go along the roadway, since there is no passage for pedestrians. And all this with boards on the backs. After some time, the Bukovel sign appears. Cheerfully walking through the mud uphill, we finally (less than an hour! ) got to the main lifts (see photo 3), pass sales and riding schools. They looked with envy at those who descended from hotels that are REALLY next to the ski lifts. Well, okay, but a good ride.
Number
The room was not cleaned ONCE during our entire week's stay. Linen and towels were NEVER changed. At the shower on the very first day it turned out that the drain was clogged - in the process of washing, water was poured up to the ankle and overflowed over the edge of the shower. To several calls to fix it, the manager said "yes, yes, of course, we will definitely fix it. " As a result, no one came to clean the shower drain until the end of the holiday. Since no one cleaned the room - the carpet was already dirty on the second day from the ubiquitous local clay. There is nowhere to hang wet clothes after skiing - two unfortunate hangers could not withstand the entire load - as a result, they had to dry on the same long-suffering carpet.
And yet (OH HORROR! ) terrible audibility of everything that the neighbors are doing - especially from above. A young couple with a child lived upstairs (or a herd of elephants, we still didn’t understand) - every morning we were awakened by loud stomping and screams, from which everything around shuddered. The wooden beams on the ceiling creaked treacherously in unison with mother's cries.
Food and staff attitude in an emergency
While we ate our stored food or in the cafes of Bukovel itself, everything was in order. One evening (on the third day) we decided to try local restaurant delicacies. In the hotel restaurant "Fomich" only soups were available from the menu. After eating soup, we returned to the room. After a while we broke through. In all my life, we have never had such a terrible poisoning with us. There was no mineral water, there was nothing to rinse your mouth and drink, respectively, since there is no kettle in the room to heat the water, and on the territory of the water (the restaurant is already closed) - no. Let's move. An attempt to drink water from the tap led to a new attack. Two hours could not get out of the bathroom. The condition was more than terrible. In an attempt to get at least some water, they went around all the neighbors - no one had it. The last attempt was to call the manager, since there was no other way out. They called at midnight. On the 5th call, he picked up the phone and after listening to our requests to borrow water, an electric kettle, a pill, at least something to relieve this pain, he said that he was sleeping, he had no kettle, no pills, no water, he sympathized with us, where to get does not know water. And all in a dry, irritated tone, as if we were asking him for something incredible. Exactly the same reaction to a request for help to get a kettle. In addition to the feeling that I was about to die from pain, there was a feeling that we had been betrayed. The head refused to work because of the pain, it is not clear what to do next, the manager did not advise anything. My boyfriend staggered "300 meters" to Bukovel for water and pills. But the problem with water could be solved in the hotel by installing a single machine! Well, why, indeed, let the guests flee to Bukovel in an emergency. The rest of the "rest" was spent in bed. Not once did the manager come to us and ask if they were getting ready, not a kettle, nothing. And this is called a small hotel in which the manager "keeps everyone under his wing and takes care of everyone"??
Conclusion: NEVER GO THERE AGAIN
Outcome:
pros
+ TV, fridge
+ Bukovel is somewhere nearby
+ fresh air of the Carpathians
minuses
- far from ski lifts
- mud and clay
- the room is cramped
- lack of cleaning in the room, taking out the trash, changing linen
- the impossibility in an emergency to somehow obtain the necessary
-never refurbished shower drain
-quickly ending hot water in the column
------ the attitude of the staff (the manager was calmly ready to let die)
-food (there is nothing there, never!! )
- lack of hangers and electric kettle
- terrible audibility in the room

In the cozy complex "Pine", even with the complete absence of snow, we spent an unforgettable 2 days, we drove home on Friday and Sunday. First we took a steam bath and swam in the sauna, then to the restaurant. It was a feast of gluttony. We haven't eaten food like this for a long time. Ukrainian dishes, plus Uzbek ones / Uzbek chefs /. Billiards, and then plunged into the warmth and comfort of the cottages. It has not been so pleasant to rest for a long time. The owners are completely young people. Natasha, if you come here, thank you very much for your homely welcome. It is a pity that there are no more places for the new year. But in the summer, we will be sure. Alena, Kyiv
