Definitely do not recommend this hotel. Booked directly through the hotel's website. In the photo, there was a completely different room (I will attach a photo), which has a balcony with a view of the mountains, a wardrobe, a safe, a refrigerator in the room, and a lot of space. When we checked in, we got a room where the entire space of the room is occupied by a bed, without a balcony, a window overlooking a swamp with tractors where a new hotel is being built, without a closet where you can hang things, without a safe, a refrigerator in the common corridor.

When we checked in, we got a room where the entire space of the room is occupied by a bed, without a balcony, a window overlooking a swamp with tractors where a new hotel is being built, without a closet where you can hang things, without a safe, a refrigerator in the common corridor.
I went to the reception to understand why we have a different room. To which I was told that I did not make a direct reservation. Although I booked through the hotel website, but as it turned out, I had to call another number, which is not clear where to take.
They said that everything is busy and they can't do anything. They cannot give a discount, because they have to pay 15% to an intermediary for us. Which intermediary if I booked on their website? ? And are these my problems??
Although later they promised to move to another room.
On the second day, as expected, no one moved us anywhere, under the pretense that the owner canceled the reservation for the room to which we were supposed to be moved. It is very interesting how the owners remove reservations for reserved rooms...
they gave a 10% discount on accommodation. When the number does not correspond to the description and photo at all!
There are problems with heating. I asked to turn on the batteries, which were cold, they came and let the air out of the battery, but it remained cold.
The pool is a separate story. Very small, childlike together with an adult. You have to go across the street to the pool. There are not enough lockers in the pool to store clothes. Everyone is on top of each other. There are no sunbeds.
Renting robes for a fee is ridiculous.
Construction near the hotel keeps you awake in the morning on weekdays!
