They asked for a thermometer to measure the temperature, and there is even NO such thing, and it is not known whether there is a first-aid kit at all! Although the description on the hotel website indicates the availability of a first aid kit and access to first aid. Having called an ambulance to the hotel, the employees pretended that we were not their guests and did not even ask how the child was feeling, if we needed anything, or if we needed help at all. COMPLETE INDIFFERENCE!
The room is falling apart: the sink is leaking, the glasses for toothbrushes in the bathroom are full, the handles on the doors in the room are dangling and frayed, impossibly tight.
And most importantly, they TURN OFF THE LIGHT, in an hour - it happened twice. The Internet barely pulls, it is impossible to enter the Internet, you have to wait a few minutes.
Is the sauna cleaned at all? The water glasses were already lying on the floor, because the trash was overflowing. The cooler has a latch valve. Water is not removed from the floor in general, although it should be done regularly, as in other hotels. I fell asleep in the jacuzzi several times in an hour. And the sauna did not work at all, although at the reception, upon check-in, they assured me otherwise.
The robes are already so old that they are very stiff.
Noise isolation at 0, you can already hear what is happening behind the door and hear the neighbors in the room. It is impossible for a child to sleep at lunch, because the cleaning of the rooms begins and they do it very loudly!
And most importantly - a very steep climb to the hotel. And the road to the center is hell. There is no road, you can "break your legs" until you get there, because there is no footpath and very steep stairs that must be overcome to reach the central road.
If you want to have a good rest, PASS BY THIS HOTEL!!!
