There is no barbecue, there is dirt in the kitchen, ants run on the tables, a pool with ice-cold water, sunbeds on the roofs are broken, smoking is almost impossible anywhere, not all rooms have balconies, the maid is rarely and poorly cleaned, they took out the garbage themselves, we traveled so far and did not take towels with us, here we were offered only two, we understood that wipe your face clean, for 250 rubles, they offer to wash clothes, there are incense candles on the floor near the window, the disgusting smell is very annoying, because many people can have allergies, especially for children, it feels like the house has died out, complete silence, no one is resting drinks wine, does not fry barbecue, as they heard from others, the hostess of the house makes a remark to those who make noise after 22.00, we do not recommend this guest house to anyone. We have been resting in the Navigator guest house for the third year already. We rested in the State Duma "Navigator" in July 2018. They met us, one might say, with open arms, but they saw us off - NO way at all, they evicted us at 8 in the morning to the street (and this is taking into account the fact that we had a small child with us). We were not told when and what time the bus would pick us up. We called the drivers ourselves. And so we spent from 8 am to 4 pm the time, sitting on chairs or lying on sunbeds (well, at least on this one - thanks).
Farther. Room cleaning. There was no cleaning promised after 3 days, the floors were washed by ourselves, the garbage was taken out by ourselves (tip: take garbage bags). Cleaning was done once and then, after hearing the hostess and the maid, our displeasure. And on the last day before departure, it was suggested to clean the room (but, what's the point? if we're leaving tomorrow. . . )
Further. If you are going to sit on the balcony in the evening, get ready for the fact that the hostess will make a remark to you that you are disturbing other people's sleep (given that you are talking calmly and in an undertone). But, apparently, slamming doors, screaming, scandals, rattling dishes and spoons on plates at 6 in the morning, when you are still sleeping, is welcome there.

To say that we were satisfied is an understatement. The rooms are chic, they compare with the rooms of a Bulgarian 4 * hotel at a time. The area is quiet, all the clubs are downstairs in the Cypress Alley area, so if you want to spend the night in silence, you won't find a better place. In 15 minutes you can reach the sea at a slow pace, the market is even closer. The main thing to consider is that it’s unlikely to lie down on the beach after 7:30, and everything will be fine) The atmosphere in Sudak itself is very pleasant, perhaps in Crimea this is the best place to relax, which combines good beaches and the sea, a large number of opportunities for recreation and quite acceptable prices. And "Navigator" is definitely one of the best boarding houses!

My 6-year-old child does not have a good appetite, but in the Navigator he ate everything to my delight. There are very beautiful mountains, the air is clean and in general, apart from the beach and the sea, there are places to go and things to see. On the kipparis alley, I recommend visiting the cafes Shinok, Korchma, Fisherman's Hut and Baron Munchausen, the prices are simply ridiculous compared to Russian ones.
