We traveled around the Crimea, during the trip we stayed in three different hotels, the best impressions were from Eden. The place matches the name. Very beautiful green, comfortable and quiet place, closed area with parking. The area and the room are very clean. Beautiful and comfortable terrace. Dishes, boiling water are always available.
The city center is within walking distance, and the sea can be reached in 15 minutes. In the evening and at night you can not hear the nightclubs working on the embankment. Great place for families with children. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!! !

I’m in Eden for the second time, though now I didn’t manage to come in the summer, but October is also a good month for the Crimea, I don’t regret it! As always, the staff is on top and the kitchen is like that of a mother, that is, like at home. I got a lot of pleasure from Sudak and Novyi Svet again.

My family and I were going to Crimea for the first time, we booked a room in the Edem boarding house in advance. Surprises began from the first day, when we rode around the city for an hour in search of the notorious "Eden".

My family and I were going to Crimea for the first time, we booked a room in the Edem boarding house in advance. Surprises began from the first day, when we rode around the city for an hour in search of the notorious "Eden". There is no such boarding house in Sudak, there is just a house located at the indicated address, not indicated by a sign or a pointer.
After several rings at the door, an elderly woman opened with the words: "What happened? ". . . (((
The continuation was not long in coming. We were put in a room with humid air near the toilet, although the rest of the rooms on the floor were free. After much deliberation, we were settled in a normal room. It was luck, and the only one.
After checking in, we decided to go to the beach, especially since the website of "Eden" promised a 15-minute journey through "shady alleys", which in fact turned out to be a 30-minute road under the hot sun with constant maneuvering from cars.
And now the "rules of survival" in the boarding house:
1) The food offered in the boarding house cost as much as in the coolest cafes on the coast. In case of food failure, prepare to be out of favor.
2) Excursion service is strongly offered. If it does not attract you, you are again a "stranger"
3) If you go to entertain yourself by watching TV, surprises await you. There are only 3 channels, all Ukrainian.
4) There are also problems with ironing - the iron constantly disappears and you need to ask the staff for it every time.
5) You also need to ask for a kettle, toilet paper, dishes.
6) Get ready for constant reproaches, comments and notifications, how to close what and what to put where.
But, the main thing is not even that.
I was struck by an open hostile attitude towards economical vacationers. Under the imaginary mask of secular courtesy, arrogance and commercialism were hidden.
Comparing the price level on the spot, we came to the conclusion that for such a price and living conditions it was possible to get a room by the sea with all the amenities in another place.
I do not advise families with children (far from the sea) and those who want a sincere good relationship to go there.
