It is really 7 minutes to the sea in the area aqua park. shops, market and entertainment are all nearby... excursions and tastings right on the territory of the house, everything is like on the Internet. Thanks to Alena from Kyiv, who, according to reviews, recommended Aquamarine to us - we are satisfied. Nomrea new fresh. Everything is clean and comfortable, done for 5+!! ! Special thanks to Lyuba and Yura for their hospitality and for not taking an advance payment from us. maybe we were worried where we would end up . . they believed us and waited.
In general, about Sudak, everything is super. weather. water +25, sunbathing, dancing... I think how you tune in to rest is how you will spend it !! ! Still... who will go to Sudak - do not rent housing in the city. There is no water and 50 minutes to the sea !!! ! Our friends lived somewhere near the bus station at the granny for 250 UAH, but the scam is full - to the sea on the Internet they said 15 min, I timed-50min!! ! It was a pity for friends. we would have taken them with us to Aquamarine. but there were no free places for a month in advance....it is clear who does not want to relax as a human being ???

The hosts (Yuri Viktorovich and Lyubov Andreevna) greeted us VERY cordially (we will not go into details) and helped us to accommodate comfortably.
We knew where we were going, but we were still pleasantly surprised by the kind attitude of the owners, and the increase in the comfort of the house - now almost all rooms have bathrooms and air conditioners (we are sure that they have “improved” a lot of things this winter).
And in general, everything that is written on the Aquamarine website is the pure truth (and even better).
Aquamarine has a very pleasant atmosphere for relaxation - during the day it is quiet and calm, and in the evening music plays, people gather on the street at the tables of the company (and many get to know each other directly there), children play, flowers and grapes are around. And no "curfew" at 23.00, as some write in reviews of other hotels (everyone understands that children do not make noise in the house).
Both in the house and in the yard it is always clean, the rooms are constantly cleaned... In general, look for such owners. They are honest people and will always help you with everything.
Separately, we want to say about water... There is always water - both hot and cold. Interruptions in water supply do not affect the water park area.
This 2012, if everything goes well, we will go to Sudak, to Aquamarine.

We paid in advance and bought return tickets. and did not regret it!! ! very hospitable people, decent and wonderful. we ordered an economy room, but for us it was the best !! ! but on the floor. . . but the difference in 10 ye for 15 days 150 ye is palpable. . Meganoma and Novyi Svet went to the beaches, ate at home on the territory, there is a kitchen, you can cook by yourself, we went by boat to Yalta, Koktebel. . All in all, you had a great time, and I wish you the same. . . and how we were escorted. like relatives. have cried. . My wife and I wanted to take a look, to be honest. . , what prices and rooms, somewhere to look after a house right by the sea, comrades, I have not seen anything like this ! ! How they dragged us into the wilds near Alchak (cape), no roads. no light, no sewerage and water, only from the sun, we are hysterical, we are lost. . . we call the owner Yura, they say, take us away, we got lost, he didn’t even say a word after 2 minutes, he was there and didn’t ask how we got here (he apparently understood that we were looking for housing, just for fun) Fu, how nice it is to be “at home” in zander. The hosts fed and watered, sat all evening in the gazebo, came up with a travel plan for a week, all their people are hospitable, relaxing, clean, perfect order, 5+. In October we are going again, and have not been to the fortress for another 5 years. . . and on Kara-Dag. I called yesterday they are all busy, you need to call in a week, score a comfortable number, especially since sea water is +25 !!!! ! Hooray, we are going to the sea again !!!! !
