I want to leave a bad review for this place. We chose the hotel, like many other tourists, using the Internet, which attracted a lot of excellent reviews about the fact that there are sooo clean rooms, good location, etc.....But in fact everything turned out differently, initially, the location of the village itself scared me, it is quite far from Simferopol (taxi from 1500), far enough from Sevastopol (taxi from 1300), the closest is Saki ( taxi from 1000 rubles).

So if you are without a car, then there is absolutely nothing to do there! It is far from civilization, but the village, there is a village - entertainment, embankments, decent restaurants, etc. respectively no.
On the beach sunbeds, umbrellas for an additional fee, not included in the accommodation.
The hotel itself is primitive, the room was booked for three adults (type 3, one-room with a balcony), the place is insanely small, in this category there is a folding sofa for a third person, if you expand it, you get one big bed for the whole family, so , like two beds and a sofa will be one, you will have to walk around the room and move along the ceiling. The furniture fund is in a satisfactory condition, the TV is small, the bedspreads on the beds are in spools, the curtains are gray from dust. Plumbing is domestic, bathroom equipment is plastic. Outwardly clean, but on closer inspection - no. I was surprised that the keys to the room must be handed over to the watch (the word reception is not suitable for this place). In general, it reminded me of a student hostel. But again, to each his own. For someone, for sure, rest in this place is heavenly memories.
So we had to leave this hotel, thank you for at least half of the cost of booking we were returned.
And yet in the Crimea, the price-quality rest is proportional. If you want a standard hotel, and the payment should be appropriate, we paid attention to the reviews and made a mistake with this hotel.
