Stayed here with my husband for a week. I really want to thank the maids. Such smarties! Really, like bees from morning to evening. The rooms are cleaned, the territory is monitored, watered. However, I generally do not recommend booking a table for the evening in their cafe. So the meat praised in the video on YouTube is not very good. Pork skewers are over-salted and over-dried. And their Gennady will easily spoil your mood if he has no ice. The usual request to add a milkshake with orange syrup to the main order led him to literally chastise me for naming a syrup they don't have. . Yes, even with such ambition! Told me I don't look at their syrup list before ordering! And when I realized that there was nowhere to look (because they were not listed on the menu, and there was no rack with their indication on our table), he rearranged the rack for us from another table, but did not even apologize for his ambition! We ate at the hotel, the food was wonderful, varied, 2 adult portions were enough for us and the child. The territory of the hotel is small, but very well-groomed, flowers, gazebos, a playground, a fountain. We went on excursions, which were ordered from the owners themselves. We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to come back again!

We were greeted by very pleasant hosts who offered to check in not in a triple one-room room we booked, but in a two-room suite with luxurious conditions and without any additional payment, which could not but please us. A separate baby cot was allocated for a small child free of charge. At our request, they gave a kettle and a washbasin to the room. Room 1 is very nice, cozy, clean.
I can say that the Dolphin is very beautiful and cozy. Both the patio and the interior decoration are all top notch. Luxurious halls on all 3 floors. Compared to many other cottages, Dolphin has a royal-sized courtyard that accommodates a playground, benches, swings, tables, sun loungers, and very cozy gazebos, where in the evening it’s nice to eat barbecue and drink delicious Crimean wine . On the territory of the cottage there is a small pond with live fish, which delighted our daughter.
We ate not in a common dining room, by the way, very beautiful, but in a special children's room, in which there are high chairs for the little ones.
Separately, I want to tell you about the bar....This is generally the beauty of an unearthly room with golden walls !! ! And what delicious cocktails (milk for my son and alcoholic for me) are prepared there by the bartender Vitalik, the son of Svetlana and Oleg, this is something!!! ! I join all the enthusiastic reviews about delicious homemade food with restaurant serving!!!
In the evenings, we walked around the territory of boarding houses located nearby; went to the "center" of Nikolaevka, where young people hang out; to the amusement park; in numerous cafes.
In general, the impressions were the most positive. Nostalgia does not let go yet, and, definitely, we will recommend this place to our friends and acquaintances.

The rooms were cleaned daily and the rooms just shone with cleanliness! Thanks for this huge maid Julia!!!
The territory of the cottage is small, but it has everything you need for a decent rest: a barbecue, gazebos and a playground with a large trampoline, which constantly attracted our children!
It is very close to the sea, 200 meters, it is very pleasant to walk to it through the beautiful territory of the recreation center. The sea is clean, as the beach is small pebble.
A separate story is the food in Dolphin. I would like to note the very kind and truly human attitude of Nikolai! Thanks to Nikolai and the great chef for the wonderful dishes and the very beautiful restaurant serving of these dishes! They fed us just "for slaughter", sometimes we simply could not master everything that they brought to us! And what lamb shish kebabs with Nikolaev style pita bread and grilled vegetables! We absolutely loved these dishes!
The hosts also have a well-organized transfer to various excursions, thanks for the calm and interesting trips to Yuri!

The hotel is located on the beautiful and landscaped territory of the recreation center "Skif" (about 50 hotels). -darkness, nowhere to lie down, in some places you can see the consequences of last year's storm - washed-up skewed steps to the sea. There are two minibuses in the Dolphin cottage, which take them to the neighboring closed free beach for free - 2 minutes drive. you can take a beach umbrella for the rest (free of charge).
