There is a deck with free sunbeds - no matter how many people are on the beach or if you don't like dirty sand - swim in cool water and take a clean sunbed away from people. And AGAIN, the most important thing is the excellent administration!! ! Always your wishes and any questions will be solved!! ! Own terrace, slightly rising above the city beach with sun loungers for its visitors. For those who like to sunbathe without crowds, it is very convenient, sunbathing went down to the sea, plunged and back, not restlessly and not tiring. Although the beach is common, but in late August and early September it is relatively not crowded, it is always possible to accommodate at this time without any problems. He himself is a mixture of sand with small pebbles, well, very small, almost like sand. In the area of u200bu200bthe boarding house it was relatively clean, either the day before the storm cleaned it up, or maybe vacationers didn’t spoil it. But after walking along the beach towards Evpatoria, 300 meters, there were already mountains of garbage, from cigarette butts, bottles, bags and other rubbish. The sea was warm, only in the evenings because of the wind it was slightly stormy.
The very location of the hotel in Nikolaevka is very good, everything is nearby: the market, cafes, nightclubs, a good amusement park (which, unfortunately, began to curtail activity on September 1 and is loaded on trailers) and the bus station and the administrative center, and indeed the entire resort infrastructure is nearby . Which is also a big plus.
I took a ticket for 10 days, but extended it for another 2 days, although usually the sea and a week is enough.
Of the shortcomings, I note the food in the dining room - canteen food, it is clear that they save on products, in principle edible, but without frills. and one adult man is clearly not full.
Would you go there again?

I wanted to plunge - 20 meters to the side and back . . the territory is guarded, there is parking . . in general, I will be happy to return again !!!!

I have been to Nikolaevka many times already, but in Rassvet itself I was 2 times! I really like it there! The administration is very good! The conditions in the room are good, everything you need is there. and you can practically "touch it with your hand"! And you no longer notice small errors! The territory is in flowers and greenery.

The terrace with sun loungers is just class !! ! in the morning and take up space....no one wants to hit the head... beauty! The food is good! The only thing missing is COFFEE in the morning! We need an automatic machine!
Dawn stands on the street where the bulk of all entertainment is concentrated, cafes, discos, amusement park (I advise !!! ), shops, market....everything is very close...
