The cottages are new, the furniture is good, air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, everything is in order. When we checked in, the room was almost clean, except for a small tuft of hair on the carpet, which did not succumb to the vacuum cleaner, but we dealt with this ourselves. However, there was a problem with a water lock in the bathroom of the room, which, in theory, prevents the penetration of an unpleasant smell from the sewer. So this water was drawn into the sewer when we flushed the toilet from neighboring rooms. The problem is eliminated elementarily, you just need to fill in the scuppers, but still not the most pleasant thing to do, to come from the beach or early in the morning to fill in the scuppers first, because it stinks in the bathroom.
Another minus for the Internet, wi-fi is very weak, it does not catch on the entire territory, it simply is not in the room, although it is stated in the description.
If you do not pay special attention to all of the above, you can bet for the placement of 3 or even 4-.

The food in the cafe at the base is disgusting, the set menu is expensive, tasteless, the combination of products and dishes is ambiguous... The service is terrible, such slow waiters have never been seen anywhere else.
