My husband and I spontaneously (based on his vacation and my workload) bought coupons on 06/02/2018, and on June 7.2018 at 3 a. m. we left home (Moscow) for Crimea (by the way, for the first time in Crimea and on the Russian coast I am the 4th time in my life, and my husband is not traveling), we drove by car and got to the place by half past 12 at night, although the check-in was on the 8th, we drove perfectly, so there were no overnight stays on the road.
The first impression is nervousness, how we will spend the night, how is the situation in Crimea in general, the lack of civilization and suddenly there are no numbers, and our Eta connection stopped working after the passage of the Crimean bridge....I am generally picky and capricious.
I found the administrator Victoria already half asleep, but she kindly immediately apologized (and our check-in was not earlier than another 12-14 hours later) we were first shown to one room - they chose the junior suite category, there something didn’t suit her with communications and she was all she insisted that we look at another number, and there we stopped.

On the next day it turned out that the owners did not take money from us for the night 7- early check-in!! ! those. gave one night.
Of course, the numbers are small, but for two, despite the fact that they were tired and probably did not pay attention all day on the beach and excursions and independent trips around the district by car. However, our fears were not confirmed, of course, we are battered (frequent business trips around Russia, high-class hotels, regular vacations abroad) and we can say that the atmosphere that the staff and Management created for us is great!!!
I saw a couple of times the Hostess’s husband, who is there like a shadow, the Hostess is watching everything (I don’t remember her patronymic name (Tatar), who looks amazing, intelligent and very calm, always friendly. We have not observed a single time that there is anyone at all the staff, as it turned out, is constant, from year to year. The administrator is Victoria (from Rostov), ​ ​ who solves everything immediately, calmly and very friendly, while being strict.
Yes, the pool was set up for a long time, so we never plunged into it, and we didn’t get upset, the sea is enough for us (300 meters from the sea from calving), clean with a minimum number of vacationers.
A BIG MINUS - there are no toilets on the beach (the beach is pebbly, but clean) and rinsers are also missing. We went to the free toilet (but clean) on the promenade - it's 300 meters away from the calm beach where we hung out.
The guys who write negative reviews, I don't know if you're out of luck, but the food is something. The cook - Sergey Anatolyevich from Rostov - a miracle!! ! The humorist, positive, always imposed an additive (and almost always agreed), calculated exclusively after eating. He fed us, so he fed us! We remember weight gain for a long time. Then a cashier girl appeared, very nice. The salesperson at their shop at the cafe is very welcoming and friendly.

The food is absolutely amazing, everything is delicious. We were told where the products were brought from, the chefs told us about local dairy products (Dzhankuy, if I'm not mistaken, I advise cottage cheese and sour cream are sold in a cafe shop), even how and from what they cook. Do they have the patience to please and be calm with all the vacationers? ! Later, the chef changed (I don’t know, maybe for a while), an Azerbaijani arrived, but the quality of the food has not changed. Yes, about food and cleanliness, I myself heard a couple of times (in the absence of vacationers in the dining room !!! ) how the hostess came in the morning and built all the cooks for cleanliness and exclusively for the use of fresh products. This added such a bonus to this institution in my eyes, I even told my husband. It’s clean everywhere, of course, there is a sauna on the territory in addition to the pool, and the staff works there to please vacationers and owners, of course, and if you don’t feel like working, then the guys are at home, don’t go to work there, the territory is large, there is obviously enough work. There are "pigs" who watched how vacationers do not see white light - they saw them only drunk and with pretensions, apparently they seized... you have to go after them to clean everything, and there are not a few of them.
Of the minuses, of course, the lack of a toilet and washer on the beach, the lack of the Internet, the staff had a boorish maid who was cleaning in our building all the time, that Muscovites do not need to go here to this hole, like you can arrange a holiday for yourself not of such a level, at the same time, it was cleaned somehow, despite the fact that we individually asked to be cleaned with us when we ourselves asked (tips were given regularly, and we did not complain, we decided not to spoil the mood and not complain to Victoria, because there were only for lodging and rest for several nights from 8 to 13). The room has small refrigerators, a kettle, glasses, air conditioning, a TV broadcasting 1 or 2 channels. Sleeping there is amazing, tall rose bushes wafted such an aroma, going out onto the balcony we melted straight, took food and also ate on the balcony, calmness, beautiful view. Wonderful traders at the market near the beach, friendly, such chatterboxes....in cafes they even offered us to come with our own wine, which we love, have you seen this? the food in the cafes is amazing, they watched how they cook fresh in front of us and for us, as well as for all the vacationers themselves. The prices were pleasantly surprised, everything is cheap, although it may not have been the season or the beginning of the season.
We split the rest into two places like this, from Sate Nebi on 06/13/18 we moved for another week to Feodosia to the Atlantic Hotel (all inclusive and let’s say not cheap for 4 or 5 nights) in the future there we compared the fertile place of Sate Nebi and a new haven (old dead communications, used carpet, etc. ) food and alcohol, mass character, prices are higher.
The beach in Feodosia is shelly, there are a lot of people, the beach is separate, but the Atlantic could clean its beach area better, there are no toilets, washing rooms too. (We went to the toilets for a fee or ran to the hotel - 150-200 meters), we left Atlantic a day earlier, the administrators got tired of going to whine, something is leaking, it’s not cleaned, and so on and tired (there are sooo many people and sooooo many children , although there is a separate room for animation of children, which is always just filled with little "gnomes" - we are in a good way, we love children, although we don’t have our own yet).

I summarize that I would still go to Kurotnoye with my parents - stupidly the sun, food and atmosphere, in a word, a retirement vacation, and of course you can stay for a maximum of a week and Seit-Nebi. Now we are looking for trips to the Crimea, if we don’t find a new place, then I think they will accept it in Seit-Nebi, but we already know what to expect and if we go, we will definitely take a souvenir / hotel to the owners.
Special thanks to the owners for the atmosphere of calmness and all the minuses, they are somehow not perceived so harshly against the background of carelessness and comfort (well, maybe relative comfort) and no complaints arise.
I draw your attention to the fact that there are no places for entertainment in Kurortny, if you pursue this goal with children as well.
