There are "pigs" who watched how vacationers do not see white light - they saw them only drunk and with pretensions, apparently they seized... you have to go after them to clean everything, and there are not a few of them.
Of the minuses, of course, the lack of a toilet and washer on the beach, the lack of the Internet, the staff had a boorish maid who was cleaning in our building all the time, that Muscovites do not need to go here to this hole, like you can arrange a holiday for yourself not of such a level, at the same time, it was cleaned somehow, despite the fact that we individually asked to be cleaned with us when we ourselves asked (tips were given regularly, and we did not complain, we decided not to spoil the mood and not complain to Victoria, because there were only for lodging and rest for several nights from 8 to 13). The room has small refrigerators, a kettle, glasses, air conditioning, a TV broadcasting 1 or 2 channels. Sleeping there is amazing, tall rose bushes wafted such an aroma, going out onto the balcony we melted straight, took food and also ate on the balcony, calmness, beautiful view. Wonderful traders at the market near the beach, friendly, such chatterboxes....in cafes they even offered us to come with our own wine, which we love, have you seen this? the food in the cafes is amazing, they watched how they cook fresh in front of us and for us, as well as for all the vacationers themselves. We split the rest into two places like this, from Sate Nebi on 06/13/18 we moved for another week to Feodosia to the Atlantic Hotel (all inclusive and let’s say not cheap for 4 or 5 nights) in the future there we compared the fertile place of Sate Nebi and a new haven (old dead communications, used carpet, etc. ) food and alcohol, mass character, prices are higher.
The beach in Feodosia is shelly, there are a lot of people, the beach is separate, but the Atlantic could clean its beach area better, there are no toilets, washing rooms too. (We went to the toilets for a fee or ran to the hotel - 150-200 meters), we left Atlantic a day earlier, the administrators got tired of going to whine, something is leaking, it’s not cleaned, and so on and tired (there are sooo many people and sooooo many children , although there is a separate room for animation of children, which is always just filled with little "gnomes" - we are in a good way, we love children, although we don’t have our own yet).
I summarize that I would still go to Kurotnoye with my parents - stupidly the sun, food and atmosphere, in a word, a retirement vacation, and of course you can stay for a maximum of a week and Seit-Nebi. Now we are looking for trips to the Crimea, if we don’t find a new place, then I think they will accept it in Seit-Nebi, but we already know what to expect and if we go, we will definitely take a souvenir / hotel to the owners.
Special thanks to the owners for the atmosphere of calmness and all the minuses, they are somehow not perceived so harshly against the background of carelessness and comfort (well, maybe relative comfort) and no complaints arise.

To the embankment 15 minutes at a slow pace along the skunk river. The beach is public. Large stones in the sea. A little to the side, to the left, the beach is cleaner and pebbly. BUT! We were in August, the sea was blooming. My daughter caught rotovirus, had diarrhea, vomiting and fever for three days. The whole family was ill in a circle. When we felt better we walked along the breakwaters: toilet papers float in the sea, after that they no longer swam in the sea. Also during the "rest" we broke the condo. He simply did not cool, but drove hot air from the street. Complained 3 times, the worker came the next day, but never repaired. We went to complain again: not only did everyone pick up the rotovirus, but also the condo broke down. As a result, they gave us another junior suite, huge, with a huge bed, a big TV and super furniture. And we stayed in this room for two days. In general, in principle, the boarding house itself is cool, but I won’t go to Kurortnoye anymore

Having found a suitable specific room, they paid an advance payment (the cost of a day's stay). As a result, when we arrived at the hotel, we were told that we could be moved into our room only after a couple of days, because. pipes allegedly burst in the room and everything is bad, while they were taken to another room in a common building, which is of a higher class and cost. We refused it, because. the room is cramped, stuffy, without a separate entrance and without a balcony. At the request to show us our room being renovated, we received a sharp and rude refusal from the woman sitting in the administrative building (we understood that she was from the clan of the hotel owners))! On the argument that we have every right to this, because. we have already paid for it for the whole day and have already been living in it for two hours, we again heard a rude terrada, the meaning of which was that only the owners of the hotel had rights here, and we should be content with what was offered! When asked why towels are hanging on our balcony, we were told that they are the type of workers who repair the water supply))) (it’s funny, however, why do the workers ask for large bath towels?!!!?? ? especially considering the fact that there is no water in the room according to the owners !!! )) To a direct question "Did you rent our number to other people ?? ", we were again told in a rude and arrogant manner that this is none of our business, and that you don’t like it like no one keeps you here! In general, without going into the details of our skirmish, I would like to note the extremely boorish attitude towards customers in this hotel, there is no limit to the rudeness and arrogance of the owners! As a result, without seeing our booked and paid room, not wanting to stay in this hotel or further communicate with these impudent boors and liars, we took the money and went to look for another hotel.
In general, the impression of the Resort was good, quiet, calm, few people, as a result, we lived in a beautiful hotel overlooking the extinct volcano Kara-Dag, so apart from this incident, we had a wonderful rest! )

We are here for the second year in a row. On the one hand, this seems to indicate that the base deserves a positive review, but on the other hand, there is a simple explanation for the repeated arrival: 70% discount when paying through the company, i. e. sort of like a ball.
We rest in August/September.
I will be objective, I hope that the management of the base will take into account my review and draw the appropriate conclusions, and not just delete it from the site (an attempt to post a review on the site of the recreation center is not yet visible : )))).
I will break the review into sub-items so that everyone can evaluate the level of individual services, and not all together.
1. Location of the territory of the base
The place is good, the territory of the base is large, it is clear that the staff is trying to keep it in an elegant form. However, the lack of a sense of taste and a holistic project for the improvement of the base nullifies these works from the point of view of their positive perception.
Example: paving slabs filled with concrete, painting fencing and railings on the terraces of the rooms. And what are the chairs repainted with a brush : ))).
A clear disadvantage is the lack of a playground, because most vacationers come to Seit Nebi with children. In the evening, the children really have nowhere to play, so they annoy in the rooms or rush around the expanses of the base.
Of the obvious pluses - parking. Enough parking space for everyone.
WI-FI - around the administration building appeared in 2012. This is a plus, but in the rooms it no longer catches, so I had to use a phone modem and connect to the net in the traditional slow way (3G is not available in Kurortny yet)
The territory of the base is always clean - I don’t remember a case when the garbage was not removed in the morning.
To the sea 6-8 minutes walk through the park area of the old boarding house.
The sea is not visible from the rooms of Seit-Nebi.
2. Numbers.
The number of rooms is extensive: from trailers (I don’t know what class they belong to, probably economy class) with window air conditioners to relatively comfortable rooms in a two-story building.
We lived in a one-story cottage with three rooms (34.35, 36). One room with a double bed. Shower and bathroom combined. Fridge. Air conditioning. TV (on-air). Armchair, bedside tables, wardrobe, mirror on the wall, hanger at the entrance.
Kettle rental 10 UAH for 10 days - inexpensive.
The room is small, but you can live.
Cleaning every five days or on request.
In front of the cottage, a parking lot for several cars is a clear plus.
There is a place to cook meals on the grill (there are several mobile barbecues on the territory of the base - using the barbecue is free)
On a small terrace (for three rooms) there are tables and chairs for gatherings.

Example: paving slabs filled with concrete, painting fencing and railings on the terraces of the rooms. And what are the chairs repainted with a brush : ))).
A clear disadvantage is the lack of a playground, because most vacationers come to Seit Nebi with children. In the evening, the children really have nowhere to play, so they annoy in the rooms or rush around the expanses of the base.
Of the obvious pluses - parking. Enough parking space for everyone.
WI-FI - around the administration building appeared in 2012. This is a plus, but in the rooms it no longer catches, so I had to use a phone modem and connect to the net in the traditional slow way (3G is not available in Kurortny yet)
The territory of the base is always clean - I don’t remember a case when the garbage was not removed in the morning.
