I want to tell the truth about the service at Seit Nebi and the attitude towards customers. The room was booked in advance for August 2015, while all the conditions of living were discussed for a long time and carefully with the administrator Lyudmila, including dates, times, a room with a separate entrance in a separate building, a separate private balcony, two rooms with a view and so on. Having found a suitable specific room, they paid an advance payment (the cost of a day's stay). As a result, when we arrived at the hotel, we were told that we could be moved into our room only after a couple of days, because. pipes allegedly burst in the room and everything is bad, while they were taken to another room in a common building, which is of a higher class and cost. We refused it, because. the room is cramped, stuffy, without a separate entrance and without a balcony. At the request to show us our room being renovated, we received a sharp and rude refusal from the woman sitting in the administrative building (we understood that she was from the clan of the hotel owners))! On the argument that we have every right to this, because. we have already paid for it for the whole day and have already been living in it for two hours, we again heard a rude terrada, the meaning of which was that only the owners of the hotel had rights here, and we should be content with what was offered! When asked why towels are hanging on our balcony, we were told that they are the type of workers who repair the water supply))) (it’s funny, however, why do the workers ask for large bath towels?!!!?? ? especially considering the fact that there is no water in the room according to the owners !!! )) To a direct question "Did you rent our number to other people ?? ", we were again told in a rude and arrogant manner that this is none of our business, and that you don’t like it like no one keeps you here! In general, without going into the details of our skirmish, I would like to note the extremely boorish attitude towards customers in this hotel, there is no limit to the rudeness and arrogance of the owners! As a result, without seeing our booked and paid room, not wanting to stay in this hotel or further communicate with these impudent boors and liars, we took the money and went to look for another hotel.
In general, the impression of the Resort was good, quiet, calm, few people, as a result, we lived in a beautiful hotel overlooking the extinct volcano Kara-Dag, so apart from this incident, we had a wonderful rest! )
