The administration communicated with you as if they were doing me a very big favor by settling in their hotel 3. the room is small, although for the price and title it claimed to be "luxury" 4. the terrible smell of water, which also needed to be washed , and on the day of departure - this water was also terribly green in color 5. it stank terribly from the sewer 6. the food was bad, plus they didn’t have enough places to accommodate all the residents in the dining room (when coming to eat, it was necessary to clarify each time where to sit , but they answered that everything was busy, and if there was some kind of free table, you had to wait at least 30 minutes to be fed. ) In general, the hotel is terrible, the service is zero, I do not recommend anyone to go there. It is better to go to the private sector, and even considering that it is several times cheaper.
