We are going on vacation to Zatoka. We choose a recreation center (budget option) Mini-hotel "Euroline", recreation center "Aquamarine" and "Zagar". There are almost no reviews. Who was, tell me, please!

Honestly, after last year's vacation in Zatoka, I do not recommend anyone to go there. There was a very, very large influx of tourists, terrible unsanitary conditions. The sea is dirty to such an extent that it was not bathing, but urine therapy. The beach is dirty along its entire length, everything is littered with garbage and cigarette butts. Everyone around smokes, there is nothing to breathe. In the mornings everything is spit up on the way to the beach and so is their new trendy promenade. On the new embankment there were several dry closets for 5 UAH, so in the evenings and in the mornings they pissed and shit next to these toilets. We lived in an expensive hotel, then it was disgusting to go outside the hotel once again. Even on the beach, fish and baklava traders were like an invasion of locusts, at the same time five people from all sides were yelling at the same time into megaphones. On the third day, my husband and I picked up some kind of bacillus, I was treated for sinusitis for more than six months. So I myself will not go to Zatoka anymore and I do not recommend it to anyone.

Last year I was at Limanskaya station. This station is considered to be the widest beach and relatively compared to Solnechnaya and other more central stations. My friend was in Zagara for the second year. Very satisfied, but not exactly cheap. Aquamarine passed a couple of times. It is in the center of Zatoka. The railway is very close to it. And next to it lies Berezka, generally 10 meters from the railway line. In the place where these two bases, the beach is narrow and the first line of bases is fenced along almost the entire coast. Touch then the second line can only go in two places along the path to the beach. She herself was in edelweiss. you can survive, but the second time I will not go. In general, I like Koblevo much more. been there 4 times already. More civilized and at least some money is invested in infrastructure. And Zatoka is one big nightmare. By the way, the algae all 3 weeks that I was every day when entering the water to the waist was a continuous cotton porridge. they just sank to the bottom.

"We rested" last year in Zatoka in "Veronika" - you can read my review if you are interested. I agree 200% with Olga's opinion - I will not go to Zatoka myself and will never advise anyone! Find yourself another budget option .... Zatoka in general is a garbage dump with zero service and huge inflated prices. Did you eat watermelons at the end of July for 40 hryvnia per kg? What about 80 melons? And in Zatoka such prices! Fu, fu, fu again!

Thanks to those who answered! When all the reviews are negative, you don’t want to go there at all and the price seems not so seductive ..))

I am surprised and horrified at the same time. Has everything changed so much in the 4 years since my trip? We lived both in Veronika and in the extremely budgetary Gulf Stream, but we and our friends did not speak out so categorically against Zatoka. Yes, not Bodrum and not Sharm, but the price tag is more or less. Yes, merchants on the beach, and where they are not - in Lignano on the Adriatic, they also walk past every minute and sell. It seems to me that we ourselves treat the rest and the services received, and the impressions of the trip will be. Maybe I'm wrong - sorry for intruding!

The fact of the matter is that people who went 3-4 years ago and advised this resort. And then they were shocked by the photos that I sent from there. Indeed, things have changed a lot. Zatoka is not able to cope with a large influx of tourists. And, of course, beach trade is everywhere, but there was not trade, but really some kind of sadism, they simply combed the entire beach in ranks, and even yelled like crazy into megaphones from several sides at the same time. There was an impression that they deliberately scoffed, because no one bought anything. If I was on the beach, then it was impossible to call, for example, because of these screams. And there was also a show, when the police appeared, the traders quickly put their baskets under the nearest deck chairs, completely bewildering those who were sunbathing on these deck chairs, and they themselves quickly ran into the sea.

I will answer Alex about the fact that the price tag in Zatoka is more or less. Compare: last year in Veronica a day in the "Sea Panorama" room for two adults and two children cost me 1950 hryvnias. It is not expensive? Considering what kind of crap people were fed there, it's very expensive. This year we compared prices: for a five-star ticket to a hotel in Kemer for three weeks in June, they paid a little more than 60,000 hryvnias. (two adults, two children), and the price for the same dates for Veronica is 65 thousand UAH!!!! And this is without a flight, insurance, transvers, which are included in the cost of a Turkish tour! IMHO: in Zatoka BURNING! They tear up such prices that my mother is dear! Absolutely inadequate to what they provide to vacationers as a"service ". It's a shame when people save up for a year for a vacation to take their family to the sea, and they are offered absolutely lousy soviet conditions at unrealistically inflated prices.

JulliAnn, I agree with you here that many people are saving up for vacation and have the right to receive a Service Level. About prices in Turkey, it only remains to put a plus sign to the Turks (packages from the Russian Federation are not sold, but you have to live) Ukraine and Belarus can probably be envied in this regard. Unfortunately, our CPC also raises prices, but the level is the same, or even worse (again, according to friends who went last year)

I don’t know, maybe we are resting with those who spoke in different Zatoki, but our family rested in the Ark and are very satisfied, the infrastructure is super, the comfort is like in Turkey, the beach is clean, there is a canal where they fed turtles and fish, the only thing that differed was that food was not included, it is necessary order, and the sea is of course with algae, but I don’t see anything wrong with algae. On the contrary, we frolicked with the small ones, threw these algae, we enjoyed it. So I don’t see any horror in Zatoka.
We would go this year, but the prices are not the same, they have risen too much.

It wasn't just the algae. Urinotherapy was more annoying, because. there were no toilets on the beach nearby, so the whole stream of people walked along the small one into the sea. And there was a moment when the child walked along the big one in the middle of the beach and all this was buried by the parents in the sand. And yet, maybe I’m too much "Galya is spoiled ", but if the water in the sea is not transparent and you swim and constantly hook your feet or hands on plastic bags and plastic cups, then I have no pleasure and panic from such bathing. Because the water is cloudy and you can't see what's swimming there. And the stories that yesterday someone drowned and the body was not found added to the extreme.

uh ... I don’t remember the popular toilets on the beach in Turkey either, and as far as I know, both adults and children go little by little into the sea))) Why is there, in Barcelona on the beach 1 toilet for 3 seats, there is a queue for 10 minutes, so everyone goes to the sea a little too))) Poop on the beach - yes, it's tin. Unfortunately, there is no escape from such parents. In Turkey, once in the children's pool with me, a girl crap one's pants, sorry for the details, it's good that the hard panties were stopped, and the liquid fraction quickly dispersed around the pool and the children continued to swim as if nothing had happened, sipping healing water along the way)))

Ha, ha. As they say, both laughter and sin. To be honest, I have not been to Turkey, but compared to the hotels and cities where I was in Ukraine, the rest in Zatoka made an indelible negative impression on me. Of the positives, there were only beautiful, well-groomed hotel grounds and excursions.

Even in past years, when we rested in Bulgaria, it was always surprising that there were many tourists from Ukraine.
It would seem that the sea is the same Black, the climate is the same, even you need to pay for a visa (Bulgarian) ... Maybe it's all about the service?))
And when I read about the prices., Sorry, but we have Belarus, where melons and watermelons are imported, their prices are lower.
Considering that the price of a tour to Zatoka (two adults, by bus) is $200, and to Bulgaria (two adults, by bus) is 250 euros, we decided not to risk it, and still go to proven Bulgaria! Thanks again to everyone who responded!

And where did you get the idea that if there are toilets, then someone will go to write not in the sea - the only benefit from this is nitrogen fertilizers.
