Last year, in 22 days, I never went to Belgorod or the center, everything was on Kos. In the Renaissance, they try to fulfill any whim, they even found books for me, I read a lot. And a playground for you, and sports equipment, and a lot of animals, and further on Kos is an absolutely deserted beach - it's so great. I rest there in body and soul. Before my very eyes, a 10-year-old child fell with his chest on a tight cable and could not even breathe for some time. It was terrible! The playground, by the way, is also very traumatic.
Let's move on to the most important thing - OUR ROOM IS robbed.
On the day of the change of linen, while we were on the beach, our room was robbed (obviously on a tip from the maid Svetlana, who for some reason on the day of check-in stood over her soul and watched how things were worn, and even asked what it was, her prof was very interested . camera), all the locks were open, the balcony too.
The same maid was waiting and met us from the beach with a stack of linen on the stairs, said "girls, I came to you three times, it was closed for you, " while she was very nervous. When I went to the door and screamed that it was open, the maid suddenly began to convince us that "girls, you left the doors open" . . The discrepancy turns out . . ))) Is it closed with us or was it open? ))
When the child shouted that the basement was open (by the way, through which it was very convenient to take the equipment out of the building), the maid began to think up something about taking clothes there. The basement, by the way, is dead, with old rubbish and plumbing, dirty. There is no place to put clothes, no shelves, no chairs. To the question "where did you go? " - said "brought a leaf. " It turns out somehow difficult . . The very next day, the maid said that she had come in twice. Again, something doesn't fit.
If you find yourself in a difficult situation during your vacation, then do not expect support, help or apologies from the administration. The DIRECTOR will nahmit you and make you guilty. As in our case: he said that we left the balcony open. And his niece administrator Polina a day later still tried to chastise us, they say, "girls, that you are spreading rumors. " We probably dreamed that we were robbed of 35 thousand, not without the participation of the base workers. Otherwise, why would a thief from outside stage a penetration into the room through the balcony?? ? Like, he opened all the doors from the inside and the thief had no keys at all? And the director seemed to know the script, without going into our room, he immediately said that they had climbed through the balcony. It turns out interesting))) By the way, in the previous year, it turns out that our number was also robbed. But the bars on the balcony were put up only after the incident with us . .

And further. The base is located at the very end of Zatoka and during rush hour, be prepared to drive from the center of the village for 2-3 hours or more, because. The street is narrow, heavy traffic jams. We drove from Odessa to the dam 2 times faster than from the bridge to the base.
The hotel's website attracted the price, the green area, the proximity to the sea, the promises of delicious bistro food. We stayed in cottage number two triple rooms. The appearance of the rooms is modest, but decided that for a vacation at sea for this price you can agree. The first room, where we were accommodated on the ground floor, smelled of mold, it was impossible to breathe. Unfortunately, photos of rusty plumbing, old furniture, etc. cannot be posted on this site.
Asked to move to another room on the third floor It breathed better, but the same plumbing, doors that do not close the latch to the bathroom, mattresses on which it is impossible to sleep, the balcony is littered with flies and spiders. And attention: complete lack of cleaning, although there are enough staff on site.
The area is green, but unattractive: primitive decorations near the fountain, a simple playground; plums from a tree are used for preparation of compote in cafe.
